Upstairs there is a spacious sleeping loft with good ceiling height. Here there are two separate sleeping areas, each with two single beds. There is a living area with a sofa bed for two people. The heart of the house is the spacious living room and an open kitchen. Here there is both a dining area and comfortable seating and a modern TV, all in a very pleasant community. Large opening glass sections lead out to a large terrace and pool area. Here you will spend all the wonderful summer days swimming and sunbathing and fantastic warm summer evenings with barbecue meals. There is also an outdoor shower. The area is private and surrounded by lush, beautiful forest. The pool is heated and can be used from mid-May to September. There is an outdoor shower. Some control and maintenance of the pool is the responsibility of the guests. The beach in Ugglarp is very popular and offers both sandy beaches and sunny cliffs. The area around Ugglarp has beautiful nature with both forests, pastures and nice cycle paths. In the northern part of Långasand beach, the Suseån river flows quietly. There is also a nature reserve with several walking paths. Both the Suseån and Kattegat offer fine fishing. A fishing license is required. There are several golf courses in the vicinity. The closest is Falkenbergs golf club. Take the opportunity to visit the small town of Slöinge. Here there is a famous home bakery and café, an ice cream factory and a restaurant. In Heberg there is the well-known Laxbutiken with both a restaurant and a shop with fantastic delicacies. It is only a short drive to Falkenberg. Here in the summer there are plenty of cozy restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities. Here is also Skrea beach, a long beach. Halmstad's beautiful summer town is just south.
