The detached villa houses four apartments spread over two floors. The one you’ve chosen is located on the ground floor. It features a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a pull-out double sofa bed with an ergonomic foam mattress, a bedroom with a double bed and a large closet, a bathroom equipped with a washing machine, a spacious entryway, a small storage room where you can conveniently store your luggage or other gear, and a balcony overlooking the hills.

Our homes in Pineta are the ideal choice for those who care about the environment and comfort, as they are fully eco-sustainable and equipped with state-of-the-art systems. They are powered by a solar panel system, equipped with controlled mechanical ventilation featuring anti-virus UV lamps, and a hydronic air conditioning system. All with an A+++ energy efficiency rating.

The house is not located in the village, but in the pine forest. You can reach the village and the beaches on foot—they’re 600 metres away—by walking along the provincial road (which, however, has no pavement). On the way back, the road is uphill.

The garden and sun deck are common areas; dogs must always be kept on a leash here.
