A short staircase leads from the parking lot directly to your personal oasis of well-being. The apartment has a bedroom with a comfortable 1.80 m double bed and an additional single bed. The living area with a sofa and TV invites you to relax, while the fully equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area offers everything you need for self-catering – from a refrigerator to cookware.

The bright bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, and the toilet is separate. The covered balcony offers not only sunshine and peace, but also a magnificent view of the landscape – perfect for your morning coffee or a relaxing evening after a day in the mountains or by the lake.

The apartment is lovingly furnished – bed linen and towels are included. Four-legged friends are also welcome – for a relaxing holiday with your favorite four-legged friend.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house We maintain a smoke-free environment within the property. Should this policy be disregarded, additional charges will be incurred. Please be aware that events, commercial activities, or parties are not permitted on the premises, ensuring a serene and enjoyable stay for all guests.
