I the owner had offered you a refund, you had been first stay of season, the pool had been acid washed, drained and cleaned freshly filled and serviced. AC had been tuned for the season, but we are all human and errors happen. AC has since been fixed 50% refund on your first night stay I believe is reasonable. You checked in at 10pm impossible to get team out at that time, we worked swiftly to get matters resolved within our capability. All rooms also have fans

Firstly let me apologize, it is never my intention to cause bad feelings The question about the parties or illegal gathering was raised by the platform AI( not sure why), but for insurance and platform protection I'm required to confirm, this with you before checkout-in. Re access details this is always provided on the day and within 1 HR of your check-in reason being one of safety..the codes are changed periodically and ensure security, or in the event of a violation, so impossible to know the code until the day. The code is not given until check-in as we have had bad experience from guests who obtain code cancel reservation and use facilities unfortunately guest like this exist and spoil it for everyone, another reason for the late code release is to provide time for the change over crew to get the place ready without the pressure of guests walking in during a clean. I will double check information on platform and ensure this is corrected. Ron you are correct this is my family holiday home,but our personal belongings are sorted away. More of a reason to know the property would be taken care of. We do get a lot of traffic with guest and therefore have a small window to do maintenance and for a home of this size is is endless. The property has just had new low E windows installed, new AC, new top of the range Pool system on the market, installed new security doors, I could keep listening,
