Very good, had a great time.

The rooms are large and clean, Six of us stayed and all very happy with our rooms. Large lounge area so perfect to gather together for games and pizza. We didn't self cater so can't comment on the kitchen. Negatives are the lounge area was very difficult to warm up, there was a lack of large drinking glasses and the baths didn't have plugs. Location is excellent, two tube stations in easy walk, lots of restaurants and cafes, mainly middle eastern and Turkish. Supermarkets in easy reach.

1st time doing VRBO. Didn't get instructions until day of reservation. They said they would meet us there. Upon arriving, place was dark and I assumed not there yet. I messaged them and told them we're on property. They messaged person and he opened door. Should have told me to knock on door. He gave basic info on locking door and check out instructions. Instructions for wifi was just scan for device but didnt give me password. I had to call again. No problems with heating. Faucet was broken in downstairs bathroom. Washer/dryer didn't come with instructions. Good sized rooms. Noises outside at 1am due to people loitering in front of house.

The photos in the listing look light, clean and everything looks new. I would say the photos look like a 10 but in reality it is more of a 4. The unit does have air conditioning units in most bedrooms but you have to leave the window open to use them bringing in all the noise on the street below. The unit is large for the area but I think they would be better to be honest with the photos. I asked the host if it was a good neighborhood before I arrived as it did not have any reviews. I was told it had been under renovation for 2 years and so it was new! If you take a look at the photos.. the carpet on the stairs is worn and has a big strange patch. The dinning room door to the back patio is welded shut... it is unusable. the bathroom in the master had a panel left exposed under the sink. A new tv was added to the until but they left the old one on the porch for most of our stay. the host was very nice when we checked in. Over all it was an okay stay.
