Newly listed, The Annexe has been renovated throughout and almost everything is new, from fresh, crisp linens to fluffy towels and quality appliances. We've even completed significant soundproofing works following initial guest feedback, to make the bedrooms more peaceful.

The Annexe is accessed by walking down a few steps at the foot of a beautiful family home, on a leafy street in central Cheltenham.

You'll be surprised at how spacious and bright the basement apartment is, with plenty of natural light.

Enter the property through a modern, inviting kitchen, complete with dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, breakfast bar and additional dining area for 6 people. You will find it well equipped should you wish to prepare meals and eat in during your stay. A great social area!

The apartment is all on one level, and as you turn into the main corridor you'll see just how far back the place goes, giving plenty of space for families and small groups.

Of the 3 bedrooms, 1 is an elegant double room, freshly decorated and with a very comfortable new bed and crisp, quality linens. The large wardrobe with drawers provides plenty of clothes storage.

The 2nd bedroom features 2 full size single beds, a double wardrobe, full length mirror and stylish decor.

Bedroom 3, while on the bijou side, comes with full sized single bunkbeds, toy box and bright, quirky decor, making it perfect for kids of all ages (from 4 to 40)!

The bathroom features a brand new bath with quality shower over and folding screen, handy for kids' bath time.

For those travelling with children, we can supply a travel cot and high chair on request, along with some toys and books.

One thing to note: guests should be aware that a lovely family with younger children lives in the home above the Annexe, and while we've try to reduce noise travelling as much as possible (including significant soundproofing works to main bedroom ceilings), it can't be eliminated all together, so a level of noise / vibration from movements above should be expected.
