Cozy suite in South Tempe
Guest Suite w/ balcony overlooking a beautiful backyard. It has a 1950's theme w/ an ambiance to die for!! In great upper-class neighborhood. Queen bed, full bath, fridge, micro, Keurig, paper plates and forks/knives/ coffee included, 55'' Plasma TV and dvd! Parking with motion light. Close to shopping, restaurants, and just about anything you could need! Public transportation is a block walk away and the Arizona State research park is a less than a mile. Sky harbor is a quick 15 minute drive.

The suite is on the second level in the back of a 4000sf custom home. The neighborhood is quite and safe.

Very cozy and private while in the suite! You can watch African Sulcata tortoises graze off your raised porch during the day!
