You’ll love this charming guest studio located just a few blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 miles away from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your studio apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a countertop cooker, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig. You'll have 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The unit has coined laundry onsite that is shared with other units on the property, as well as a large backyard with two tables to enjoy the outdoors. The backyard has a bocce ball court, cornhole, and a putting green! Please note this guest suite shares one common wall with the main house on the property but has its own front entrance and one parking pass for street parking.
