It's a very quiet neighborhood. The home is on the right side of the block as you enter the track. Only one side of the home has a neighbor. No homes behind the home or on the west side!

The whole home is usable including the garage. The washer and dryer are between the kitchen and garage inside the home.

Our host was the BEST! We have rented houses for vacation for many years and Robert was the best host we have ever had. He even had breakfast and snacks delivered the night we arrived. Great neighborhood and location.

Great Property

The property was exactly as advertised. The neighborhood is great - many walking trails and amenities close by. We had lots of room for our family of 5 and our small dog. Outdoor area is perfect for enjoying the Arizona warmth! Bob is an attentive host who responded quickly to any issues we had. Jami was also an excellent resource and did a fantastic mid-stay cleaning for us.
