We enjoyed our stay. The property is clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool. We did not use clubhouse amenities. I would stay here again.

An immaculate home! We ( and our two dogs) were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the cold drinking water in the refrigerator. Also wonderful a/c! The hosts were helpful and responsive. It was a great location for us to take care of appointments and visit with family at nearby restaurants. We would love to stay again on future trips to the Valley.

Great place to stay with family

We rented The Lakes to spend time together for my daughter’s graduation from ASU. The backyard and pool are beautiful. We ended until taking family graduation photos there. It was a very comfortable place to stay.

Relaxing Weekend

We enjoyed a very fun and relaxing weekend in Tempe! The property was very clean, had everything we needed, and the pool and spa were perfect, check in and check out were very easy as well. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful home away from home

Everything about this home was perfect. It’s by far the nicest rental home we’ve stayed in in Tempe, and we visit often. The property is quiet, nicely updated, and has everything you need for a great visit. The owner was responsive and kind. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to AZ!

We had a lovely experience staying at this gorgeous property. It was exactly as stated in the property description and was very confortable. We used it for our son’s graduation from ASU and it was a very convenient drive from the campus. It was exceptionally clean and Maryann couldn’t have been more helpful. Relaxing Pool and Sun Vacation

Lovely house! The pool was fantastic and private. The outdoor area had plenty of space for sun or shade. The house has tons of room and very comfortable beds. We wanted a relaxing trip in the sun with a pool, and this was the perfect place to get it!

Perfect Property for Families! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at The Lakes! High end finishes, very clean, super comfy bedding and couches. Beautiful pool with awesome outdoor area. I highly recommend and would stay again! Host was super responsive and extremely helpful. Loved it!

Perfect rental

A wonderful few days in this gorgeous house

We had an amazing stay at Tempe Lakes Retreat! It was just my family of 4 and each kid had their own room, which was great. My kids LOVED the pool. It was the perfect house for our extended weekend. We loved the little walk down to the lake. Would definitely recommend this house. The hosts were amazing and whenever I messaged they instantly got back to me. Wonderful stay!

The Lakes—A Great Choice

Spotless, beautifully decorated, well-maintained property—inside and out. It was a perfect location for our month-long stay. We, including our dog, were more than comfortable. The well-stocked kitchen and two TV areas were appreciated. Highly recommend.

This is a nicely decorated and clean home in a quiet neighborhood in a beautiful part of Tempe. This location is convenient to most areas in the greater Phoenix area. Easy communication with the hosts. We would come here again.
