Designer's Dream! Pets stay for free. Fully remodeled Home with your own PRIVATE Heated Pool! Fantastic Open floorplan and the MOST private backyard you can imagine. Only a few minutes from some of the best eateries & entertainment that Tempe can offer. Nicely appointed 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own Smart Roku television. Pool is heated when the temperature drops... November till April, pool temperature is heated & set at 85 degrees at no additional cost.

Very quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to freeways and restaurants.

Swimming pool is heated between the months of November until April at NO additional cost to the guests. Pool heater is set at 85 degrees. In the event that outdoor temperature drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may drop below 85 degrees.

Pets stay without additional fees.

Swimming pool is heated and set at 85 degrees from November to April at no additional charge. If outdoor drops below 40 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees.

Perfect getaway in the heart of the city!

Absolutely loved this place! Excellent design elements in a clean, cozy, comfortable environment. The neighborhood felt safe and private with shopping, dining, and entertainment right around the block. I would definately recommend for a quick trip or extended stay!

Stayed for a week while waiting to move into our new house. Everything was as described. Not luxurious, but perfectly fine and functional. Neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the backyard and eating outside.

Spring Training Getaway

The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was well kept, clean and cute. The pool was heated and made for a relaxing evening. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We came with my parents and my 6month old baby and we all fit very well. It was nice to have bedrooms on opposite sides of the house as well. Overall great experience and we would most definitely stay here again!

Vacation stop

This home was our first VRBO rental and we were pleasantly impressed with everything that was advertised and delivered! In fact, better than anticipated. Great location! Quiet neighborhood! Close to restaurants and stores and John, the agent went above and beyond to make our stay what we hoped it would be! The pool was awesome and the home was fully supplied. Attached garage was another plus. We are on a 3 week driving vacation and this was the only place booked ahead of time! Hope we can find something just like this down the road!! Would love the opportunity to come back again. This is a 12 in a 1-10 rating.

Adorable house.

We came for family time with our son who is attending ASU. He misses our home cooked meals. We were grateful Wholefoods market was close by and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an added plus, loved going out for night swims. Perfect house for our family of 4. We would highly recommend this property.

Perfect family spring break location!

This rental could not have been better! The location is so convenient, grocery stores and restaurants all very close with plenty of activities nearby for kids as well. The house also had everything you could need and the pool was fantastic! Easy communication with the host, very clean, and finished nicely. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. We would 100% stay here again and cannot recommend enough!

Great Place! I would do it every year. The pool was amazing. House was clean, laundry was great. Even the beds were comfortable. Would have liked another King Size bed, but it worked fine. Highly recommend!!
