Really nice pool well maintained. House is spacious. Overall cleanliness of the home can improve. Surface clean but it’s evident it has not been deep cleaned in some time.

We had such a great time here! We visited with our kids, and they had a blast. The backyard, pool, and spa were definitely the highlights. The home itself was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. It’s also in a convenient location and close to plenty of restaurants. Overall, this is an excellent staycation spot for families.

Overall an enjoyable one night stay during a bereavement situation. Nice amenities although we weren’t there long enough to use them; comfortable beds. The pool was a welcome relief from the 110 degree heat in August.

Mesa VRBO

The home was clean and stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed the pool, but the hot tub was very relaxing

Nice to have a pool with a gate for young kids. The kitchen could use more everyday essentials for cooking like potholders, pots/pans, hand towels, etc. The house is spacious and had room for everyone to spread out but could use some standard house maintenance and upkeep throughout.Good location with easy access to grocery stores, airport and highway. Overall, good trip but could use some clean-up.

Family Gathering

The location was great. Plenty of space in the house so you don’t feel crowded. Very relaxing and although located next to a main street, the noise level was minimal. Thank you to the host for offering a home away from home for our family to get together.

Home away from home

We were very happy with our stay. The place was clean, spacious, and well stocked. The pool and outdoor space was a hit with my kids (ages 7-13). The owner was very responsive and gracious hosting our 2 dogs as well.

Girls Weekend Stay

We had 5 women stay here for our annual girls weekend and had plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub, cute decor, very comfortable and clean. The only downside was the shortage of linens (need more pool towels, dish towels and throw blankets).

Would stay again!

Everything was perfect! I loved all the well thought out details. They thought of things that I didn’t even think of … from extra toothbrushes to a binder with FAQ’s. Very clean and comfortable. Everything just flowed. Would definitely stay there again!

Great experience

Andrew was great. He was very responsive to messages and even came to provide a full propane tank when the other one was empty on the BBQ. Great experience.

Little vacation

Everything that this home had to offer was outstanding! Great location to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, Starbucks was right up the street. The only thing was the house is right on the end of a busy street. Lots of noise from the traffic and sometimes hard to get out of the driveway to turn at the light. The place was clean, only the trash in the bathrooms were not emptied. The pool and hot tub were the main event! Would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The property is wonderful. Everything you need for a fun trip! Well-stocked kitchen & every amenity you could need. Lots of leftover condiments, sunscreen, etc so check in before you hit the store! Only downfall is the noise from the very busy road that you are on. Bus stop is literally right beside the backyard & you can hear the beep of the crosswalk. Great hot tub & pool make up for a lot of it however if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing stay this may not be for you.

Tempe

This property was beautiful! The location was great. So many things near the property so you don't have to drive so far. The only thing is it's right next to a main street so you can literally hear the beeping of the crosswalk from the street light. But the house was so comfortable and beautiful that it made it worth it!! The property manager was very quick to answer any questions. The check in and check out process was very easy. Thanks for a great day! We'd definitely stay there again.

Peaceful Getaway from home

Walked in to a clean and nicely done home. We took full advantage of some of the games in the backyard and were in and out of the pool often. The living room TV was of good size and quality. Chairs were comfy everywhere. We initially were scared about making too much noise, but quickly realized the level of noise you'd have to make to hit above 75db is a lot higher then a couple of guys can make listening to music and talking. Overall an extremely enjoyable time in the sun!
