Welcome to your desert escape where you and your family and friends can experience a fun filled home away from home. Newly renovated, featuring themed bedrooms, indoor games, fully stocked kitchen and a backyard that is sure to have you entertained. Dive into our ***HEATED pool or soak in our spacious hot tub!
Take a spin on our bicycles or take the golf clubs out for a swing!
Centrally located in Tempe right off the highways near ASU, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor airport, hiking, golfing, local restaurants and shopping.
**** extra pool heating fee is $50/day not to exceed $150. We advise you keep the pool cover on overnight to keep the pool as warm as possible. Without the pool cover, the pool temp can drop up to 10° and will take a day or so to regain those temps. . Please give us 2/3 days notice if you would like the pool heated
The space
Our home is perfect for family gatherings or just friends getting together. Whatever the reason for your visit, we supply the entertainment. Outdoor games include darts, corn hole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, glow in the dark lawn darts or badminton (for our front lawn). Inside we have a retro arcade game with 1,000's of games along with numerous board games and an Xbox 360. If games are not your thing, wine and dine under our chandelier lit outdoor pergola or large indoor table. Nap or star gaze on our shaded day bed. Kickback and enjoy a S'more or cocktail next to the firepit. Soak your cares away in our spacious hot tub.
Pop some fresh popcorn and stream one of your favorite movies. Catch a game outside while lounging in the pool or on one of our many outdoor furniture options. After the pool rinse off in the dual head heated outdoor shower.
Our fully stocked kitchen is a chefs kiss! Start your morning off right with our coffee bar.
Appliances included; air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, tea kettle, lots of spices, blender, kid friendly plates and cups and plenty of platters and bowls for entertaining. The kids will get a kick out of the snow cone machine.
Children are more than welcome, we supply a high chair, pack n play, games and books for the little ones. We offer a pool fence that we are more than happy to put up for your families safety around the pool.

Heather was a wonderful host! Her communication was excellent from start to finish, and she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had eight adults in the home and never once felt crowded—the space was comfortable, well laid out, and perfect for a group. One of our favorite moments was sitting under the outdoor patio in the rain, laughing and enjoying the atmosphere—it was such a great memory. The home had plenty of amenities and everything we needed for a fantastic stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. They had every drawer, cabinet, remote,and light switch labeled which was so helpful finding things. They responded quickly when I had a couole questions. The kids swam in the heated pool in December and it stayed really warm. We would definitely book here again!

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We used the grill and outdoor tv and lounge area. It was a quick walk to The Buzzed Goat for morning coffee, plus grocery stores were nearby. The drive to ASU for the football game was about 10 minutes, and the baseball stadium was about 15 minutes away. Overall, it was central to many things including the airport. The owners have made sure the house is well stocked with supplies. We had a comfortable stay.

July 4th gathering

I rented this place to host a small gathering for my mother on her 90th birthday. Backyard bliss

Cozy, welcoming little home for a quick escape with our family. The backyard truly makes this vacation home one of the most enjoyable we've experienced! Our teens loved the gaming, everyone loved the popcorn machine and snow cone maker. This mom of a family of 6 greatly appreciated the large capacity laundry machines! Two families for a weekend

ZERO complaints. Ages 4 to 45 absolutely loved this house. Video games for the boys. Hot tub was used by all. Plenty of seating around the pool. Enjoyed the fire pit. Made popcorn twice in popcorn machine. Highly recommend. Our kids say it’s the favorite VRBO they have stayed at. Also, very convenient location. Close to target and a grocery store.

AMAZING HOSTS!!

Everything in this house from the coffee bar in the kitchen to every little detail in the backyard was exceptionally thought out! The hosts were very accommodating and I never had to wait more than 4 mins for a response with any question or concern I had! The hosts really put their all into making this place perfect and it shows! 10/10 hospitality!
