Honestly, one of the best stocked rentals we’ve ever stayed in. They’ve thought of pretty much everything for you. The location is great, the amenities are nice, and it didn’t leave us wanting for anything. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Everything was perfect. The house was super clean, the rooms were comfortable, the pool table was a nice plus, the pool and hot tub were very nice. Our host was excellent and responded very quickly to anything we needed. I would highly recommend this home to anyone traveling to Phoenix, it is conveniently located with quick highway access.

Week in the sun

Great home with close access to the trails at south mountain. Very quiet neighborhood near highway and only a few miles from the airport. We loved the backyard pool, seating areas were wonderful even with temps in the 100s. Would definitely recommend and plan to stay here again sometime!

A true oasis

This place is truly the perfect oasis in the Phoenix area! The house had so many amenities that made it feel like home. The bar area for wine/coffee/tea was wonderful, the kitchen was fully equipped with all you'd need to cook big family meals. The pool table was such a hit with our family and the outdoor area was relaxing. Close proximity to beautiful hiking trails and a big park with a playground and basketball courts was awesome!

Wonderful oasis in the HOT HOT Desert

This home is perfect for a vacation rental. Everything you could want is here from the great pool to the pool table. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Newly remodeled and awesome

This place was perfect for our golf trip with four guys - easy to get out on the highway and it's very nicely remodeled. The outdoor area is fabulous, kitchen is nice, and the bedrooms were comfy. Hope to come back and highly recommend this place!

This vrbo property is the best for all things Phoenix! The location cannot be beat and the house itself if super comfortable. The Hosts are wonderful to work with and very responsive. Do not bother looking at any other property...this one cannot be topped!

Home Away from Home

We have two young kids (6 and 2 years old) and was looking for somewhere warm for a staycation over Spring Break. This place was AMAZING. It was the perfect place to stay for our family. The layout of the property for a family was great, the pool was a cool design, there was a great park right down the street, the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the home had everything you could ever need. We rarely needed to message Steve and Julie during our stay since everything was labeled so well and self explanatory; but when we did, the hosts responded quickly. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool and we enjoyed several movie nights in the living room. It was paradise for the week and probably our favorite rental property we've stayed in with the family. Thank you Steve and Julie for having us!This is a no brainer... just book it already ;)

This home has EVERYTHING you could need! If you think you might need it... They have it. Awesome bedding and towels! The swim up table with umbrella in the pool was a Godsend! Being as it was 113 outside!

Home away from Home

This home was absolutely perfect for our quiet girls weekend. The house had everything we needed including a nice pack in play and sheets for the baby. The home had a lot of space and it was easy for my older family members to get around. They really have thought through and included everything you could possibly need. The pool was perfect and we loved that it wasn’t a chlorine pool. Communication with the hosts was clear and they responded quickly with any questions we had. We will definitely book again if we find ourselves in Pheonix.

Perfect getaway that has all you could ask for and more!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! It started with great hosts that were quick communicators! They provided so many helpful tips and labels throughout the house that it made it easy to feel right at home! The location of the home is ideal with a very friendly and active neighborhood conveniently located right next to the mountains that we thoroughly enjoyed hiking! The heated pool, hot tub, cornhole, billiard table and games were all perfect ways to relax on our downtime! We even got to make s’mores at night! I can’t think of a better way to spend our time in Phoenix and the hosts put a lot effort into their home to make you feel right at home! Hands down best VRBO experience we have had!

Graduation celebration

We came to Phoenix to celebrate our daughter's graduation from ASU with her PhD in applied math. The hosts were gracious enough to allow us to host a small celebration with our daughter's friends at the VRBO and it was a perfect setting. We enjoyed the grill, hot tub, the pool table and the big screen TV. My wife and daughter also took the opportunity to go wedding dress shopping with our daughter in Phoenix while we were there and she found the dress she'll wear at her wedding in October. We had a great time. We love the area around South Mountain, have hiked it in the past and the neighborhood was great. We ran into a few neighbors while out walking and they were very friendly and engaging. The homeowners thought of everything, even labeling the kitchen cabinets and drawers so we knew where everything was. Same with light switches so there wasn't any guessing. A dedicated iphone is there to control the pool and hot tub, so we were able to easily control the temperatures of both. The grill was very easy to use and very clean. We've stayed in VRBO's all over the US and Canada and this ranks among the best we've experienced. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place to make great memories

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, well taken care of and beautiful. More spacious than pictures. Has everything you could need. Pool area was amazing, has shaded areas to enjoy and a table in the pool. Covered space has misting sprays and corn hole bags game was enjoyed by our family. Great location, close to everything. Would stay there again! We loved it!
