This house was great for our needs. Three bed two bath house with pool and parking. The hosts were very quick with replies and had a list of restaurants that we used several times! The house was clean and the pool was very relaxing. The gas grill out back came in clutch too. If we ever find our way back to Phoenix we would definitely stay here again! Sean & Jessica were wonderful hosts!!

Good location - walkable to restaurants and good coffee places and a huge park. Layout of home is great! Loved the linens / beds / mattresses, plenty of towels. Needed to ask host a question and his communication was super fast and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Its an older home - so maybe not resort perfect, but we loved it!!The kitchen is very well equipped. Furnishing are comfy. Memory foam beds especially!Lots of room for everyone in our group. The pool was great (definitely do not need heated water in the summer!) Quiet street considering where its at. The neighborhood is centrally located and its easy to get to downtown and the highway. Would stay again!

This property was amazing- spacious, well-appointed, clean, and super comfortable. All bedrooms and two living areas had TV’s. Kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee, creamers, tea , as well as paper goods and cleaners. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. The pool and nicely landscaped backyard were the icing on the cake.

The pool was heated to a very acceptable level to us, very pleasant indeed.The property has everything that you will need tbh , with plenty of supplies , with nothing missing at all!We were very sorry to have to leave such a perfect VRBO rental, we will be back next time we visit Phoenix.Just PERFECT.
