From the moment we booked this property we knew we were in for something special. Stanley and his daughter Nicole made every effort to make our stay memorable. They reached out to ask what types of snacks and drinks we enjoy and had the home stocked upon our arrival. The home itself is from the early 1900's and was super clean and charming. So much character just like the neighborhood it's in. We enjoyed riding the bicycles around the neighborhood, walking for blocks in any direction, and being in a central location that made it quick to get to downtown, local hiking spots, to the Biltmore and Arcadia areas, and to Scottsdale. The home is one block off of the Central Ave corridor, so you're in easy walking distance to multiple really good restaurants like Durant's, Switch, Vine+Oven, and many other local eateries. Stanley has stocked the house with many games and activities and we found the layout to be very accomodating for my wife and me and our 3 adult kids traveling with us. Each bedroom has it's own wall mounted TV with popular streaming apps and cable TV included. The wifi is fast and reliable. The kitchen is well stocked and includes multiple bins with often needed items like batteries, flashlight, basic tools, sewing kit, etc. The neighborhood is super quiet and quaint even though it's close to Central Ave. The neighbors are awesome (next door neighbor Randy stopped by to say 'hi' and gave us a list of local places to eat at and things to see/do). I'd highly recommend this property for your next stay in the Phoenix area!
