Beautiful home with a wonderful backyard, making it an excellent choice for families. The location is very convenient to Grand Canyon University. The home was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of linens, bathroom essentials, and everything needed in the kitchen. We especially appreciated how private, safe, and comfortable the property felt throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would gladly stay here again!

The week we spent at the Coolidge House was wonderful. It was the perfect size for our family with two boys. The kitchen had everything we needed and we cooked at least one meal each day.The star for us was the backyard. We spent many mornings and nearly every evening in the pool or relaxing while practicing some putting. We would definitely stay again!

The pool has some issues from the people who rented before us, but the hosts were very responsive and helpful. It took 1.5-2 days to get the pool usable which was a bummer, but the hosts did their best to hustle and help.

Great family stay!

We brought 2 toddlers to Phoenix and this was the perfect house. Very kid friendly, including toys for the children. It was very clean. The outdoor space was lovely, great warm pool!

Lovely stay

Booked this location fairly last minute for our travel to the AZ National Livestock Show. While the house wasn’t super close in location, it was perfect in size for our family and close enough. The house was very modern and super cozy, and close enough to everything else we needed nearby. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

This is an amazing property! It was the perfect place to spend our kids’ fall break! The house looks just like the pictures, the backyard feels like a resort, everything was exceptionally clean. We appreciated that the kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and 3 coffee brewing options. The house felt spacious for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. Communication with the host was easy. Great long term stay!!

Loved the home and yard. The grandkids and adults loved the heated pool which was great with the cooler weather in February-March. All questions and issues were resolved quickly. Neighborhood is very quiet. We stayed for 35 days with our dog. Wonderful place to stay.
