-No glassware permitted in outdoor areas (plastic options provided)
-No parties/ large gatherings or unauthorized guests
-No unauthorized pets
-We are Dog Friendly, pets must be requested and approved. Max 2 pets
Pet Fees: $25/day per pet. 28+ days: $300 flat fee
-The safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
-There are outdoor security cameras for safety, none inside the residence
- ID Verification is required prior to check-in. Failure to complete verification may delay or prevent access.

-In case your preferred dates are already taken, or you are traveling in a larger group, please check our profile as we offer more listings in the city.

-Extended stay guests: For stays 28 days or more, we require our rental agreement to be signed and a security deposit of $300 to be collected at time of booking.
