This home was perfect for our short friends getaway. Everyone got their own en-suite, which is such an added benefit. The pool was never occupied when we wanted to use it, and although the roof area is small it is perfect for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning to catch the sunrise. Marcia was very communicative and responsive. There was a miscommunication with the check-in time (site listed 3pm, but she messaged me stating it was 4pm). I wasn’t receiving her messages for some reason, and she was so kind and accommodating when I called for assistance.

Why they chose this property

I have lived most of my life in North Central Phoenix. I enjoy that the surrounding neighborhoods still have grass, irrigation, and citrus trees.

What makes this property unique

This townhome is unique in that every bedroom has its own private bathroom. It is solid block and reminiscent of Brownstones you fine back East. The rooftop deck offers gorgeous views of the valley. The central location cannot be beat with its proximity to freeways you can get anywhere in the valley quickly.
