One of the largest units in Point Tapatio. Fabulous two level, 1337 square foot condo with fantastic pool views. Unit includes 2 BR, 2 BA, Loft, and a 20 foot vaulted ceiling in the living room. This condo occupies the upper two floors of a 3 story complex, and is very quiet. Includes 3 patios with views of the pool, hot tub and mountains in the background. Everything is kept pristine and very clean.

The unit has been remodeled with granite counter-tops, new flooring, paint, new bedding, linens, accessories for the kitchen and new furniture. The unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 with a California king in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a trundle bed in the 2nd level loft that can be converted to two twin beds.

The Pointe Resort is a gated resort community located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix adjacent to the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. The complex features 3 pools, 3 spas, tennis and pickle ball and basketball courts. Nearby is the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails. Ten golf courses are within a 7-mile radius. The centralized location within the North Phoenix area provides a convenient home base for all the Valley has to offer. Wonderful place to spend our first time to Phoenix ! Initially we did have trouble finding the building and parking space (found ourselves confused as it can be hard to see the building numbers) however we phoned the number provided and Dion was outstanding at meeting us where we were and brought us to the unit! What a delightful welcome! The condo had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, linens and even toiletries/laundry detergent! Highly recommend this listing and will definitely consider future stays.

Our stay at this property was fantastic! The home was stunning, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The kitchen was especially impressive, with all the essentials and extras for cooking, making meal preparation a breeze. We really enjoyed our stay, everything is exactly as pictured in the listing. Easy check in. Great communication from the owner. The apartment was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked. We used the hot tub and pool which was very nice.

Great place that was accurately described in the ad and very nicely stocked! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!!! One note - it’s not noted in the instructions but the condo is down around the corner and up the stairs by the pool. That was a little confusing when we first arrived and were trying to find it.

We have been to Phoenix many times to visit family and stayed at various different properties. This condo, by far, had the most amenities of any others that we have stayed at. Traci thought of everything. A short drive to hiking, many restaurants, quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the heated pool during our cooler than normal week.

This stay was amazing, very clean great location and the beds were very comfortable! I give this condo 5 stars and definitely will be back. The pool was literally right down the stairs. Great Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was just wonderful, and has everything you could ever need (including toys tucked away for little ones)! It's in a great spot within the complex, overlooking the pool. We started every morning with a hike at the nearby North Mountain Park, followed by relaxation by the pool. We recommend checking out the visitor center at North Mountain, they have maps showing the miles and miles of trails. The condo was close to anywhere we wanted to go. This was our first time renting through VRBO, the owners made this so straight forward. We look forward to our next visit!

We had a wonderful stay at this Phoenix condo! The unit was very clean, comfortable, and felt just like home. There was plenty of space and the furniture was both stylish and cozy. The kitchen was absolutely amazing—well-equipped and a joy to use.One highlight of our trip was how kind and accommodating the staff were. We accidentally left something behind, and the cleaning lady went out of her way to mail it back to us, which we truly appreciated.The property itself offered great amenities—the swimming pool and hot tub were a big plus after long days out. The location was also excellent, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and other conveniences.Overall, this condo provided everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Fabulous Phoenix Stay!

My friend/coworker and I traveled to Phoenix for our annual educational conference and stayed in this beautiful 2- story condo. The condo was comfortable (despite the 110 degree outside temperatures), well-furnished, clean, & in an ideal location for us to travel back & forth to the convention center. It was conveniently located near restaurants & groceries. We loved the pool, too! Our host was very responsive to our questions and provided a quick resolution to our needs.
