Why Paula chose Camelback East
There is no place else in Phoenix like the Arizona Biltmore. Renowned as the chicest part of town, it is surrounded by the Phoenix Mountains, close to both Old Town Scottsdale & Downtown Phoenix, bordered by the Arizona Canal Trail & easily accessible to/from the freeways and the airport. Getting around could not be easier and yet, you'll feel as if you are in a little oasis. Car is recommended for sight seeing but entirely optional. We've had many guests stay and elected not to rent a car at all due to proximity to great restaurants and groceries, walkways, the canal, the Biltmore Circle, etc..
What makes this condo unique
This unit is fantastic as it is extremely private, has views & wow, the sound of the fountains while on the patio balcony is fabulous. Full time, exclusively kept as a vacation rental managed by a rental professional/owner. Cleanliness is our focus! Decorated with an elegant touch. Our Furnishings are from stores such as Z Gallerie & Restoration Hardware. Super comfortable mattresses (the private label version of the Westin heavenly bed) and we definitely maintain some of the nicest units available for rent in the area due to location & our interior. We spare no expense and make sure our units are for those that have high standards! Great value for your money considering our rates are relatively lower than others and yet, we have exclusively maintained condos. You will be dazzled! A comparative condo in the Biltmore Waldorf Astoria hotel itself, with less exclusive furnishings, rents for nearly 5x our pricing.
