There is a workout facility and Free wifi. It's Dog friendly as well.

It's a fabulous location, close to Golf, the Light Rail, Restaurants and Biltmore is very close for upscale shopping.

Wonderful stay!

The condo is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The owners were above and beyond with excellent communication. The pool gate was an issue but that situation got resolved very quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Clean, Quiet and Comfortable!

My sister and I enjoyed our stay! Everything we needed was provided! We had no issues. We hiked to a different location each day and found the location close to so many trails! Groceries weee close by and we spent a day at the pool which was warm and peaceful! The communication with the hosts was excellent! We would definitely stay again! Thank you so much for a lovely week stay!

Great property in a great location

Property was clean, well maintained, and quiet. Deb was a great host as well, very responsive. We found that all parts of the city were easily accessible from this location. Highly recommended.

Our visit to see our daughter at GCU was wonderful. Condo was clean and spacious. The complex was well maintained and close to campus. Definitely would stay here again.

Downtown Phoenix

Very nice apartment in gated complex with great pool. Very close to downtown Phoenix. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Well-equipped kitchen. Owner was extremely responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

Get away from Hospital Room

Rented this place to have a place to shower, nap and get away from hospital. It was quiet, nicely appointed and a quick drive from Saint Joseph Hospital. Host had everything there that we needed. We never had a chance to use the pool or other amenities, but looked fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great spot close to all the places we needed to go.

We were moving our daughter to GCU. This VRBO was in a great central location to the areas we needed to get to. It fit the five of us comfortably. The managers were great to work with when we arrived real late and I missed the door code email. Sorry for the late-night call. It will be our first search when we need to stay in Phoenix again.

Phoenix Getaway

The unit itself was accurately described. Very comfortable and large enough for 2 couples. Air mattress available for extra guests. Master bath tub was not very wide and its finish was odd as it had been painted not well. The complex lighting was missing multiple bulbs, the hit tubs did not work, and the gates fit the small pool kept getting jambed and would not open at times.LOCATION hiwever was the best. Central to so many things.

Great central location for Spring Training/Golf trip

My two friends and I planned a golf trip in the Phoenix area and this VRBO was a great location. No more than a half hour drive to all our golf courses and spring training games. After a lot of long days, the hot tub and pool were perfect for a relaxing evening. We cooked quite a bit to save on expenses and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's even a grill by the pool. The large walk-in closet was a plus and so was the in unit laundry. Darren and Deb were very communicative and the check in/out process was super easy. Highly recommend.

February Getaway

We stayed on this property for several nights in February. It was exactly as pictured in the listing. The property was clean and well-maintained with plenty of amenities including fully stocked kitchen and bathroom supplies and even board games for the family. Deb was a very responsive host and even reached out immediately when she spotted a potential issue with the door lock. The surrounding neighborhood was a little questionable but the property felt extremely safe and the centralized location was very convenient.

Phoenix Wedding

I came in early to have a mini reunion with my sister from Tucson, and attend a wedding for my niece in Phoenix. The condo is located close to so many restaurants, museums, and Cultural Gardens, it was great!! The pool and the jacuzzi were wonderful! The hosts are very attentive to the needs of guests. When I advised her that they might need to get coffee for the next guests, it was sent the next day. These owners are ON IT!

Spacios unit, centraly located

Nice, spacios unit but maintenance in some areas is lacking (caulking in bathrooms, rusting sink, noisy furnace). Owners were very responsive to any concerns and let us early into the unit. Kitchen was very well equipped and all supplies were there and plentifull. Also plenty of towels and bedding. Unfortunatly we had unpleasent neighbours (yelling, screaming and police checks). Each building has 12 units and the smell from dope smoking neighbours penetrated into the master bedroom and bathroom.

Fall family get away

The unit itself was very nice - well stocked with everything needed. It would've been nice to have some written instructions for a few things, like the expectations for checking out & how to operate the TV. I did have to text Deb about the code to get in & she was very prompt in responding. We wished we knew that the pool was not heated. The water was way too cold to swim. Not sure if we'll rent here again - only because the pool was not heated. Otherwise, everything else was great!
