A little oasis

This Vrbo is super clean, conveniently located, secure, quiet, and just all around lovely! The host is a great communicator. We will definitely stay again if visiting Phoenix!

Great place to stay. Maybe could use blackout curtains in bedrooms as the lights from the parking spaces come thru like soft daylight all night. But clean, quiet and central to our needs

Loved the location (minutes from GCU), and the entire midtown vibe. The condo was well-appointed and very clean. It's a very quiet complex and we felt safe. Arriving late at night was a little stressful to figure out parking, but that's on us. I will definitely try to stay here again. THANK YOU!!

Perfect location for my conference at the Phoenix Convention Center!

The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped and conveniently located for my meetings. A perfect ‘landing pad’ for a busy week! The beds and were very comfortable and the fans ensured a great night’s sleep to refresh and ‘seize the day’! Thank you! Lisa

Great overall, but...

This is an awesome place. Just beware of a couple of minor issues. First, make sure to ask the manager to see that the gate lock box is working. It wasn't when we arrived so that took a bit of time to sort out. The beds in the master are very firm - very. The airflow in the master seems weak but just make sure to use the fan. Overall though, this was perfect. If I'm ever back in Phoenix, I will 100% rebook.

The gate broke right before the guest’s stay, but it has been repaired now! We also had someone check on the ventilation to ensure everything was working properly.
