We stayed for the month of February, which we've been in this same condo about 3 times. It's always pleasant and comfortable. The owner is always available if we have a question or issues. The location is close to the Biltmore Golf course, restaurants and walking distance to Safeway grocery store. There's also a very good walking path around the estates. We would recommend this condo.
The place was absolutely perfect and my brother and I had a wonderful spring break trip staying at this condominium. Our host was always immediate contact with us when I had any questions and the place was extremely homey.

The property was clean, safe and quiet and fit our needs perfectly. It was centrally located and surrounded by lots to do. The kitchen was well stocked, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and we couldn't be happier. I hope we get a chance to go back.

I liked this rental. Third rental. This year in Phoenix. Location in Biltmore area was great. Much to do. Owner could tout that more. Good walks through beautiful neighborhoods. Golf at your back door. Super short walks to best restaurants and grocery. Quiet, secure (gated), secure bike storage. A lot to like.
Very nice unit. Check in is a bit complicated as we needed to contact the security to access unit. Once in everything was fine. Hot water unit fizzled for entire complex(owner was not at fault) that left us without hot water for a night. Mijo was phenomenal! Responded immediately and kept us abreast of progress. Unit was clean and well appointed. Home away from home. Neighborhood was upscale and felt completely safe. Would recommend the unit in the future and would definitely stay again.
Had stayed in the Biltmore area 18 years ago and enjoyed it. Returning back it was very nice to see the area is as nice as ever. The building and unit we stayed is was very nice. Landlords were easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Only “ critique” I would have with the building itself is to do with the fitness room and the pools. Fitness room is very small with old equipment. Main elliptical was not working and the weight machine was old.
The buildings have two pools but one was not heated so useless for winter. The second was heated but very small.
Pool areas were very clean but pretty tight for space. We happened to have a stretch of very nice pool weather but when we would go over there was only a few loungers and they were quite often being used. The only reason i mention the fitness centre and pools is for people that make this a big part of their vacation. For my wife and I it certainly was not a big issue and we would rent the unit itself again. Clean, comfortable, well laid out, great landlords and good location.
The kitchen was well equipped. However, a larger coffee pot would be nice! So nice to have all the laundry soap available. The washer and dryer work great. And, it was nice to have a candle available for the porch. Little things matter. :-) Overall, our visit was comfortable, hassle-free, and easy. Its nice and quiet too!
We enjoyed our stay at this property. It's a good, safe location for us. There are enough essentials in the kitchen to be able to cook our own meals. Or, there are plenty of good restaurants near by to go out to eat.
The place was spacious and very nice. It was very accommodating and supplied us with everything we needed. The location was nice and near many restaurants, stores, and on a golf course.

Condo has a great location for walking to restaurants, grocery and other shops! Property was quiet and perfect for a good weather get-away. Property owner communicated promptly. We had a wonderful stay.
The property is located in an excellent area with good security near restaurants and shopping. The unit itself is very nice. The furniture is a bit dated but very nice for the price!
We had our flights delayed so needed to stay in the unit past the designated check-out time and the property manager was very flexible and was able to accommodate our request.
The only problem we had was a leaky AC unit but we took care of it and there were no additional concerns,
We have been vacationing in the Phoenix area for years and this is definitely the quietest location that we have stayed in. The security is very good. It is close to great shopping, restaurants, golfing and hiking. Feels very safe
Loved our stay. Nice, clean, quiet condo/complex/pool in a fantastic location. Neighborhood is calm and quiet, but groceries, restaurants and stores are close and convenient, as are trails. Current check in process was very easy, as were communications with the owner.
The condo fit our needs extremely well and had everything we needed. The patio, master bedroom, and complex also are better in person than the photos can capture, in our opinion. Behind the building (along the back) is a path which had pretty plants, ponds, ducklings and goslings. We'd love to stay here again when we're back in town.
Great location and attentive Owner. If planning to work remotely, the Wifi is very good, no desk if this is needed for your stay. Recommend to make sure the Owner checks with the HOA for construction on the property and in adjacent units. This should be known and communicated when renting. Would have appreciated some type of refund given the ongoing noise and disruptions. Unit could use a little updating, fresh paint. Kitchen has everything one could need. Three stars for cleaning only because cupboards were sticking. It is an excellent location for long walks along the canal.

Why they chose this property
We love this property and love to visit Arizona when we have the opportunity. We love the fact that we can walk through the locked gate at the rear of the complex and purchase our groceries from Safeway. There are lots of excellent restaurants in the area. Our favorite is Le Grande Orange for breakfast. Also, the airport is less than a 15 minute drive. We love climbing Camelback Mountain where the views are spectacular.
What makes this property unique
The condo has been renovated by us with Travertine tile in the main area and new carpet in both bedrooms. Both bathrooms/showers have been renovated as well. The kitchen is also fairly new. We know you will love this property. We often sit on the patio and enjoy a few glasses of wine, taking advantage of the beautiful weather. We are from the Midwest so we can really appreciate the nice weather and the opportunity to sit outside in winter months.
