About this property

Beautiful new guest house located in the heart of northern Phoenix! Quick drive to Old-town Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and centered between nearly every Spring Training stadium! This location allows you to see and do it all!

House sleeps 4-5 adults comfortably and offers additional baby/kid-friendly accommodations.

The house sits at the back of the property, for privacy and a quiet environment. Separate unit with private side access, with gate between the guest/side area and main property.

Access to private pool is now available year-round! The pool is located on the main property, so we ask that guests prearrange pool/yard time to ensure the yard is set up and guests have private use.

Perfect in every way!

Roadrunner Estates East was perfect for our us! Great location and the hosts are exceptional. The home was so clean and spacious. The location is great and in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend staying here for a visit to the Phoenix area.

Amazing stay

We loved this place. Was here for the Mayo Clinic and it was close and very convenient. Super clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This space was just what we needed. Spent a few days for spring break and this rental checked all the boxes. The space was clean which is what I always look for when we do rentals. The location gave us easy access to spring training games as well as things to do in the evening with our kids! The kitchen was well stocked, and I appreciate the coffee! There were even yoga mats so I was able to get a quick work out in before we headed out for the day. Would definitely stay here again!

MIM Marathon

My friend and I travelled from Ohio to visit the Musician Instrument Museum (MIM) that is just a 7 minute drive from this location. After 8 hours of walking through the museum, it was great to get "home" quickly with zero headache. The house was well-designed to accommodate a family of four+ or a couple of sojourners, such as ourselves. Big shared bathroom was fine and we each had our own bedroom. Wide open living area with BIG refrigerator, so a longer stay could accommodate plenty of groceries from the nearby Wal-mart or leftovers from the great restaurants we discovered in the area. Everything else we visited was only a 20 minute drive, including the airport, so definitely will plan to stay here again on our next extended stay to Phoenix. With the adjoining pool, a summer excursion may be on the agenda soon. :-)
