Our hosts were fantastic to work with. They promptly notified us when they learned the pool and hot tub would not be available during our stay, due to maintenance. They even issued a credit for the inconvenience, which was not expected, but very appreciated, especially since it was beyond their control. The condo was clean and beautifully furnished. Overall, great experience.

2/2 rental condo was a great choice for our little family. We were in Phoenix dropping our daughter off at GCU, and the location to the school was great. Just a quick 10 minute drive down the interstate and we were on campus; even going through town was very easy. The property was nice in that there is a walking path around a pond with ducks, bridges, small waterfalls. The condo was beautifully remodeled. Master bed comfortable. Everything clean, A/C cold, couches comfy. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we would have needed had we been cooking while in PHX. Loved having in-unit laundry. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, peaceful setting. Central location for spring training. Host was communicative, accessible, and helpful when needed. Pool hot tub a bonus along with the lovely walk around the lake.

This property was newly renovated, very clean and had everything you could need for a wonderful stay. There were four of us staying there and we were all presently suprised of how nice it was. A perfect place to stay while visiting Phoenix.

Comfortable stay with beautiful view

Stayed for my husband’s graduation with my in laws and we enjoyed a great time! Beds were comfortable seating was cozy and kitchen well equipped. Patio was relaxing and inviting with the beautiful lake view!
