Welcome to your vacation rental oasis in Desert Breeze Condominiums! Newly remodeled/decorated and ready for you to enjoy! Our decor and style is inspired by the beauty of Arizona.
**No elevator** Second floor condo
*Located in the Desert Breeze Condo Community- Conveniently located and close to 101 Freeway. Phoenix has hundreds of golf courses. Desert Breeze is an easy 20-minute drive from Sky Harbor International Airport, only 5 minutes to University of Phoenix Stadium, Camelback Ranch Spring Training facility, Peoria Sports Complex, Phoenix Coyotes Hockey Stadium and the Westgate Center. 17 minutes to Phoenix International Raceway. 15 minutes to the World Wildlife Zoo & Aquarium. Many great restaurants and LOTS of shopping close by. Go hiking in the desert at the White Tanks Regional Park 25 minutes away. In 45 minutes, you can be at Lake Pleasant.
The Community Pool and Spa is just a short walk from the front door. The community also has a gas grill provided near the pool area. This community is beautifully landscaped, quiet, gated with a heated salt-water pool and Fitness Center.
We do allow 1 small dog ($20 per day up to $150) No cats due to common allergies.
This is a 2-bedroom condo that can sleep 6 people.
There is free WiFi and free Wireless internet, along with cable TV/Netflix provided for your use.

Thank you for your interest with our Phoenix vacation condo! We absolutely love and enjoy this complex , it is quite, clean, and friendly with a resort like environment. The pool is big with plenty of room for private relaxation or great conversations with snowbirds and residents. I know you will enjoy your stay as mush as we do.
Why they chose this property
We first discovered Arizona on our honeymoon 5-years ago. My grandmother was born in Arizona and had been deceased for several years, I wanted to visit Arizona as part of knowing where my grandmother started her life's journey. I was amazed how beautiful Arizona/Phoenix was and all the places to see. A few years later, we had a relative move from Denver to the Phoenix Arizona, as part of a visit we talked about buying a property in Phoenix too. I can’t say enough about its beauty, the Palm Trees, Big Cactus, the open Sky at night and of course the weather! We hope to retire here one day and live in Arizona, this is part of the reason why we purchased our Condo. Meanwhile, we are enjoying the time we have spent at Dessert Breeze Condominium.
