Fresh & clean home in true Mid-Century Modern building w/exposed block walls, concrete floors, industrial style skylights, steel & iron fencing, custom post-modern gates all softened w/earth friendlier xeriscape, extensive LED lighting, synthetic grass & much original art. CONDO COMPLETELY REMODELED DEC 2018 and freshened regularly since. We feature Beautyrest Hospitality mattresses, new bedding/towels/rugs/appliances etc... Walk to 30 eateries & bars on Restaurant Row & beyond. Complimentary coffee, tea & sometimes a treat!

The Claremont #1 enjoys two bedrooms (a King bed in one and a Queen in the other) and one full bath. The kitchen is fully appointed with cookware, dishes, glasses, eating utensils, cooking utensils, corkscrew and more. We have an onsite coin operated laundry facility for your shared use with other residents. And you have shared use (with one other residence) of a courtyard with barbecue grill and patio.

The property sits in a residential area just nine doors down from the northern edge of Restaurant Row on 7th Street. This section of 7th Street just recently, over the last five years or so, has enjoyed an explosion of new trendy and not so trendy restaurants and bars all walking distance or a very short Uber ride from The Claremont. Phoenix is not known for being a vertical city but rather sprawled out making our area, with so many restaurants in such a small area, rather unique.

We have been hosting since December 2018 via other short term rental platforms and enjoy a 4.9 out of 5 star rating and over 70 positive reviews. We'd like to maintain the positive guest experiences so we really strive to anticipate our guests needs and give them a great stay. We hope you will allow us to do the same for you!

I'm a well traveled Phoenix native who has been in the long term hosting business for over thirty years but just recently entered the short term segment of the business. Over the last twenty years I have been slowly but consistently transforming this 1960 Mid-Century jewel into, may I say, a truly remarkable property. Yes, I have many more improvements ahead which will take time to achieve. Most recently I have updated the heating and cooling system to modern, earth friendlier models, installed natural gas and am currently fighting the local utility company so that we can install a solar powering system that should replace almost all, if not all, of the carbon based electricity usage here. Not easy to accomplish but certainly a work of passion. My "real job(s)"? I own a residential real estate business and I'm a father to a magnificent seven year old boy!!!
