Take a dip in the pool, grab a drink through the kitchen/outdoor bar patio window while you grill on the built-in Viking. Lay out on a chase lounge and relax as the sun goes down on a couch next to the custom gas fire feature. Inside enjoy two living rooms with arcade games and a fireplace, TVs galore, Ggl Voice Asst., BT sound system, and a mini coffee/breakfast bar for the AM.

Split floor plan offers master BR maximum possible privacy. Two separate living room setups and TVs in every room offers guests all possible variations of hangout and leisure arrangements. Fireplace, arcade games, 7 TVs, adjustable frame master BR king bed, friends/family board games, professional poker table overlay with chips, privacy screens for the three sliding glass doors, 2-car garage, Googl voice asst, Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, jumbo outdoor Jenga and jumbo outdoor Connect 4, Built-in Viking grill, custom outdoor hand-built gas fire feature with couch and chairs, heated/chilled pool ($50 per day with minimum 5 day notice. The most thoughtful attention to detail!

The house was immaculate and perfect for our long weekend in Phoenix. Every bed was extremely comfortable. The hosts put so much thought into absolutely every detail of this home. We loved our stay here and hope to return next time we are in Arizona.

Great Spring Break w Kids

Only great things to say about our stay. My wife and I stayed for a week with our 6, 4, and 2 year old sons. The house was very clean and had everything we could have asked for, including small details that we rarely see in a short term rental (eg, spices for grilling, a grill that is clean and actually works, full size garbage bags, enough dishwasher pods and laundry detergent to last the entire stay, and the list goes on). The pool was great. The weather was cool, but our kids used the pool the entire week due to the heater (water temp was consistently above the air temp). Jason was very responsive and answered all questions right away. We would absolutely stay again, and I would highly recommend the house to anyone.

Beautiful House

We rented this house for family coming into town for a visit. The house was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool, pool toys, and arcade games. A great place place to stay!

Immaculate

This is the best vacation rental property we have stayed at. The hosts thought of everything! If your ideal vacation involves relaxing by a private swimming pool, grilling some dinner, and unwinding on a couch by a firepit, then this place is for you. Our kids (ages 8 and 10) were entertained the entire time we were there. They didn't wasn't too leave! Well appointed, well decorated, and maximum relaxation! 10 out of 10! We can't wait to come back!
