Excellent choice. We were looking for a change of scenery while still managing our workload and this home proved to be perfect for us. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and centrally located. We had plenty of room, the patio space allowed us to work outside in the sun and fresh air, and the kitchen was large and nicely stocked. The bedroom (we only used one) was very comfortable and the huge master bathroom with a giant walk-in shower was a nice bonus. Instructions and communication were timely and on point. Would definitely book here again.

A thoroughly modern, spacious, and very comfortable home! We spent (5) days in Scottsdale exploring while also moving our son into ASU. After long days of either hiking, exploring or shopping we would return to this beautiful home where we could unwind. The home's layout is a great place to gather with friends/ family although it is equally great to just do nothing - relax! The neighborhood was quiet and tranquil, close to everything! Thank you Nash for sharing your home with us! I hope we can return soon!

Spacious modern home- great for families

Space and cleanliness greets you as you enter thru the main door. With an eye for detail, the property does not disappoint. From pool toys, sunscreen, additional pool towels and toiletries provided, the owners have taken their time to aid their guests for a great stay. Loved the pool and Bar-b-q, and my daughter had fun with the golf green. Large spacious bathrooms, amazing kitchen and yard, we will definitely stay here again when visiting family. We really enjoyed our stay. The house and pool were clean and just like the pictures. The beds were comfortable. There were a couple minor issues but the host was quick to respond and had them fixed. The pool was the highlight for my son and it was very warm!

Quick Family Getaway

We loved this home. Spacious, great amenities, basic items stocked. Heated pool was great considering it was unusually cold while we were there. Host very responsive. Front gate lock did not work and wasn’t able to be fixed during our short stay. But everything else was superb. Will recommend this place to family and friends.

"A" for cleanliness.We were instructed to park the car in the garage, the garage door opener didn't work and it took 2 days to fix it.When it rained, the skylight over the kitchen counter leaked and we had water on the counter and floor.The internet was out for 4 days so we could not conduct business.

All was as advertised. Location was central for Scottsdale with restaurants and stores within short distance. Enjoyed the pool and putting green. All new appliances with spacious kitchen and living area. Nice to have what amounts to 2 master bedrooms .owner responsive and helpful. Would strongly recommend for 2-3 couples or family.

This is a beautiful home! We really enjoyed the pool, putting green and the lime tree in the yard. The house is clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful Experience

My partner and I rented this place for a little weekend get-away and we were impressed with everything about this property. It was a perfect experience. House was very clean and modern. We really had no complaints about the place. We were able to feel at home and really unwind and relax being here. The host was very honest and straightforward with communication. The neighborhood was very calm and quiet, and the house itself was close by to a lot of locations and activities in the city. Highly considering renting this place again upon a next return to Scottsdale.

I think what makes my place unique is the combination of a privacy you have while at the house but are blocks from Old Town and less than 15 minutes away from almost everything in The Valley.

The backyard really is an awesome place to hang out and relax in, hard to beat sitting on the patio by the pool in the evenings.
