Whether you are visiting Arizona for the weather, business, golf, or spring training you will love our immaculate single story home that has such a comfortable feel the moment you walk in the door featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, and a private heated pool! There is a $60.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through May 31st. Pool will not be heated any other month. (We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or that in the coldest months it will be at your ideal temperature). Enjoy the pergola patio, 2 lounge chairs and outdoor seating. Grill up some burgers on the BBQ grill and after a long busy day take a dip in the pool. It really doesn’t get any better than this. It’s the perfect location near the 101 freeway for quick access to anywhere in the valley and just minutes to Giant's Spring Training, Golf, Camelback’s hiking and biking trails, Fashion Square Mall & Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping, Dining, Galleries, Nightlife and so much more



*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows dogs. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home. Please note that this property does have oleander trees in the backyard.

We know how important it is to have the opportunity to prepare your meals during your stay so we know you will enjoy the equipped kitchen that features refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kitchen utensils and traditional coffee maker. Just off the kitchen is your dining area with a large table seating for 6 and windows and doors that gives great lighting. The Laundry room is just off the kitchen, so you can have them washed before you leave to save on time for when you get home.



The living room is a great place to unwind featuring a sleeper sofa (queen) for additional sleeping, chair, 65” smart TV with YouTube TV live and a glass arcadia door that overlooks the backyard and pool perfect for your relaxation! There is also a small fun space right off the living room where you will find games and bean bag chairs. The master bedroom has a King size bed, 50: Smart TV, dresser and private master bathroom with single sink and walk in shower. The Guest bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed and dresser and Guest bedroom #2 has a bunk bet set with a twin size bed on top, full size bed on bottom.



Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
