Upon entry, you are greeted by soaring ceilings, an intriguing two-way fireplace, and clerestory windows that flood the space with natural allure. This is your sanctuary for unwinding and letting go. You can relax and enjoy the lush backyard and a stunning heated pool featuring a baja shelf for lazy lounging! There is a Ping-Pong table for playful rivalries, two shaded covered sitting areas and ample sunny spots for basking.

Slip into this expansive 2,089 sq. ft. haven! The open layout invites mingling with your travel companions amid the warm glow of that two-way fireplace. The living room enjoys a large screen television and large comfortable sofa while the family room offers coziness with a television and is open to the kitchen.
Great Heated Pool with Baja Shelf is enjoyed by all ages! The little ones love this pool as to adults that like to soak! We have a pool fence that can be put up for children under the age of 6. There are some toys as well.
The Location is Fantastic!
Tucked in a quiet neighborhood, this home puts shopping, dining, and fun at your fingertips. Movie theaters, golf courses, and more are just a quick drive away, perfect for people on the go. And everything is a quick Uber drive if you want to keep the car at home. Need a health check? Mayo Hospital is a little over one mile away. There is a .Lifetime Fitness about 1.5 miles out, with short-term passes availble for purchase.

Full access to the complete home, indoor laundry room and attached two-car garage with direct access. There is a 50-AMP charger in the garage. There is also street parking. There is no HOA.
Near Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter, where you will find plenty of shopping and restaurants, High Street, Desert Ridge, and Mayo Blvd, all with many restaurants and two movie theaters. We really wanted a house with a pool already in, but the pools in this area were mostly put in when the homes were built, so they looked tired. We decided to buy a home without a pool and have one put in the way we wanted. We really love this house and guests seem to love it too.
Why they chose this property
You will love the fireplace and soaring ceilings. The pool has a baja shelf which is great for keeping cool while sunning or extra fun for little kids. Supreme location. A little over mile south of Mayo, and just a couple miles from Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters. Its also great for the golf tournament and the Barrett Jackson Car Show and the Arabian Horse Show. Location, Location, Location, plus a comfy home! WIFI speed 500 Mbps Download; 50 Mbps Upload; No additional Fee.
What makes this property unique
We do have a 50-amp plug in the garage for an EV charger. 50 AMP for EV Charging The home is approximately 2089 square feet with a 2 car attached garage and privately fenced yard. Nice quiet neighborhood! Newer pool and very private yard. Easy drive to many choices of shopping and restaurants. Close to the Mayo Hospital. "This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinances. Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and pool. There is a 2-car attached garage and an indoor laundry room. We provide a comfortable, clean home. If there are questions or concerns, we are here for you. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay comfortably and privately. Quiet neighborhood near great shopping, movie theaters, golf courses, restaurants, and the 101 North so you have easy access to anything in and around the Valley of the Sun. A car is recommended, although I am sure you could hire Uber. We have a two car private garage. You are also allowed to park in the street. There is no HOA. The exit points to the back yard are per the city requirements for the pool with self-closing doors. We also provide an additional barrier with a pool fence if needed. Supervision is still needed to ensure your child is safe. We want you to have a fun, safe stay. WIFI speed 500 Mbps Download; 50 Mbps Upload; No additional Fee.
