Good location/ Quiet neighborhood

Well stocked kitchen, plenty of bed and bath linens, very clean. Decor and furnishings are dated but very comfortable. Tom is very responsive to your needs and his contractors (pool, yard, cleaners, AV) are as well. Would recommend to others.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect house for our stay in Arizona. It is located in a beautiful area of Scottsdale. The house and pool are amazing. Tom is very responsive and accommodating. We felt at home. If you are looking for a great place to getaway this is it!

Perfect Girls Getaway

We all loved this property and would definitely stay again. It had everything we wanted plus more. It was clean, great location, beautifully landscaped and easy communication with owner. With four ladies vacationing, the two bathrooms were absolutely perfect as each one of us having our own sink. Rarely do you find a home with double sinks in two bathroooms. Highly recommend.

Great all around!!!!

The property was the cleanest I have ever stayed in as far as a VRBO.The inside of the home was very nice AND the backyard was fabulous!! South facing, nice pool area, quiet neighborhood....and a great location! Couldn't have asked for anything more. Tom was very responsive to communications/questions and a very kind person. I will absolutely stay here again soon.

Great location

Overall we enjoy this property and have stayed now a second time. The location is close to our family, shopping, restaurants and the freeway. It’s clean and has everything you need as well as a nice pool. My only concern is the cool is set to 75 (which I get you don’t want people turning it way down) during the day and it was still really warm when it’s in triple digits outside. We did have to unclog the guest bath with a plunger due to a slow drain. Minor items overall and still a great place to stay.

Perfect for us

The check in and communication with the host was outstanding and very easy. This was a perfect location and house for us. We played at golf courses located in NE Scottsdale. We really enjoyed coming back in the afternoon and relaxing around the pool listening to tunes and rehashing the usual golf stories. I walked every morning around a fantastic park located across the street from the entrance to the neighborhood. Would strongly recommend. Exactly as advertised. Thank you Tom.

Great stay and host

This house was comfortable and perfect for our extended "remote office" and vacation. The back yard and pool was wonderful. Tom is a very responsive and helpful host. Loved that he accepted our dog and she loved the place. Could use some dishes that can go in the microwave (we didn't ignore that). The beds were comfortable but a little soft for our preferences. Would definitely reserve again. Location was great to Reach 11 and other great trails and hikes. Perfect park across the street for evening walks. Minutes from Scottsdale Quarter.

Well laid out and thoughtful property

The short version is, this is a very well laid out and thoughtful property. The longer version is, the beds and furniture are very comfortable, not too soft not too hard. The linens are fresh and crisp. It is clean. The pool is delightful with great lighting, and has fresh cushions and towels available. The adorable lighted cactus in the front and back Where are my favorite! If you want the comfort of home, but secretly know this is your vacation retreat, this is your oasis. It is tucked away perfectly for good sleep, and serenity, but close to gas groceries restaurants and entertainment in every direction. There is a park a block away with lots of shade and pathways for exercise and dog walks. The area felt very established and safe. I will definitely stay again when availability matches my vacation!

Great Property

My wife and I stayed here for a short 5 nights. Everything was excellent and Tom, the owner was excellent with his communication. The house is well appointed, exactly as advertised and thoroughly cleaned prior to our arrival. Highly recommended.

North Scottsdale Home

Fabulous place to stay. This is our second time staying at this property. Loved it!! Plenty of room. Outside is amazing as well. Nice yard for the dog to play and the pool is clean and well maintained. Nice patio area with a TV and grill. Great location with a huge park close by. Not far from hiking/biking trails Tom is awesome. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend staying here. We will use this property when we return.

It was easy to get to Old Town Scottsdale. Quiet neighbor. Plenty of space for two couples. We did not use the pool because of miscommunication with owner about extra fee to heat the pool.

Best Friends Getaway!!!

So glad we chose this house to stay in. Everything was perfect and as stated. Tom was excellent to work with; very helpful front start to finish. The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool area and back yard was so nice, relaxing and very private. It was so nice to put our car in the garage. Most rentals don't allow you to use their garage. Beautiful, quiet and upscale neighborhood. Also, perfectly located to see and do everything. About 20 minutes from the Phoenix airport. I highly recommend renting here, and I will be again on my next visit to Arizona.
