Guests have access to all parts of the house except the garage. Feel free to enjoy the pool and spa, but please note that their use is at your own risk.

If you need anything before or during your stay, feel free to contact me. I usually respond within an hour, but please understand that as a teacher, there may be times when I'm unavailable for longer periods.

For emergencies or urgent matters that can't wait, please use the emergency contact number provided, especially if you can't reach me through the Airbnb app.

Please refrain from non-emergency messages between 10 pm and 7 am during quiet hours.

While a car is recommended for exploring Tempe and its surrounding areas, we understand that some guests may prefer to walk. Fortunately, there's a wonderful trail just minutes from the house, perfect for a leisurely stroll or jog amidst nature.

For those looking to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping, a nearby shopping complex is only 1.2 miles away. You'll find a variety of dining options and stores to suit your needs.

Parking is hassle-free at Stay on Sesame. Guests will have access to two parking spaces in the driveway, ensuring you can come and go with ease throughout your stay.

Whether you're exploring by car or on foot, our neighborhood offers plenty of opportunities for adventure and relaxation. We hope you have a fantastic time discovering all that Tempe has to offer!

Pool and Spa Use

We’re delighted to offer our pool and spa for your enjoyment—perfect for relaxation and fun.

Pool: November-March pool is heated to 90 degrees; however, please note that the outside temperature significantly affects how warm it feels, and this is beyond our control. The pool heater is set on a timer/schedule.

Spa Heating- The spa automatically turns on daily at 4 pm from November- March. From April - October, the hot tub is available in the evenings on request for $25 a night. Please schedule via messages prior to your stay so we can set the schedule.

Pool Vacuum: Please do not remove the pool vacuum. A $250 fine may be charged for any motor damage, with additional fees if repairs are required.

No Glass in Pool Area: For safety, no glass is allowed near the pool. Any damage caused by glass will result in additional charges.

Children’s Safety: Children must be supervised at all times while using the pool or spa.

At Your Own Risk: The pool and spa are to be used at your own risk. There are no lifeguards on duty, and the host is not liable for injuries.

Parties and Noise Considerations

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our home, we kindly ask that:

Parties and Events are Not Allowed: Please respect our no-party policy.

Maximum Occupancy: To ensure comfort, please adhere to the maximum occupancy.

Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise, especially at night. The city enforces a $1,000 fine for noise violations, and any fines incurred will be the guest’s responsibility.
