Perfect home for a family in great Tempe neighborhood!

The house has two separate living rooms which was perfect to give the teenagers and parents space. The games kept everyone entertained! The pool was fantastic. It’s in a very nice neighborhood with easy access to the 101 to get around. We loved everything about it!

We had a very nice stay here. The place is larger than it seems in the presented photos. The company was attentive, checked in with us. The pool was serviced the day we got there and the pool faces north so it was pleasant to swim in the early morning and then it had shade in the early evening. The pool was a perfect temperature for swimming in August. There were a few minor issues with the fridge being dirty on one of the shelves, the dishwasher was not set in properly, but it worked, and the handle of the master bedroom shower was loose. Those or very minor issues as the place was all around great. We could have used a few more spoons but otherwise there were cutting boards, coffee pods, creamers, olive oil, plates, bowls, mostly everything we could need for being from out of town. We had 2 young kids and they really enjoyed the game room with the 2 old arcades, we played poker and there are board games. Every room has a ceiling fan that helped keep air flowing and the ac worked great. It took me a while to choose a place when booking and we were very happy with this place and would highly recommend. Family of 4.

Unfortunately, too busy to enjoy the pool. We had 3 generations at the house, so the spacious house was perfect ;-). House is much larger than we expected, large open areas. We definitely recommend this home.

Overall great

Great house and very easy to work with the owner/management company. Complaints would be to have some, even if just a few, pool toys, rafts, etc. Also, since you have a pool you know families will book with you, some inside toys would be nice also. Overall very good and would stay again.

Family space

We enjoyed having space to spread out as a larger family. Pool was deeper than anticipated , which was good for the older kids. We defiantly kept an eye on the younger kids though as the pool is not separately enclosed in the backyard and there are several access doors from the home into the yard. Neighborhood was really quiet and the location is really convenient.

Great experience

I’m huge on communication and they have immediate response to questions. I think they under promised in their advertisement because it was even better in person. The only thing negative that I can say is I wish Didn’t have to pay $75 for early check in.

Entertainment!

We had a fantastic stay at this house! The property was spotless, and there were plenty of entertainment options to keep us occupied throughout our visit. Check-in was incredibly easy, and the house is located in a great neighborhood with everything we needed nearby. The only small drawback was that the weather wasn't ideal during our stay, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool as much as we had hoped since it wasn’t heated. However, this didn’t take away from the overall experience. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone and hope to return in better weather to fully enjoy all the amenities!

Nice house and pool

Lovely pool and nice house that was very spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately o e of the 2 central air conditioning units broke and we could only tolerated staying on one side of the house where the air-conditioning worked. They did give us a discount for the misery that it caused. The rental company offered to put us up at another house but it wasn't at all comparable except that it also had a pool. It was a
