Amazing 1 Story Villa with the Best View in town, and the perfect yard and home to enjoy it! Double infinity edge HEATED pool overlooks the Lake and the perfectly manicured park. People-watch without being watched! The 8 person, light therapy spa is secluded behind the lush native vegetation and the lighted fountain art will put you in zen mode. Kayaks are Included. The interior is open and has many nice touches to make you never want to leave. Be prepared to make lasting memories - this place is truly special.

A 24' Pontoon Boat is also available via separate rental. Details will be provided in manual after booking.

Hi! We are the Schnepp Family from Gilbert, AZ. Randee is a Mom, Home-School Teacher, Dog Lover and Amazing Wife. Pete is a local business owner, Dad and Husband. Cooper is 8 years old and loves soccer. Chloee is 7 years old and loves dance and music. As we teach the kids, sharing is caring, and we want to share our home with you. Mi casa es su casa. This home is truly amazing! The Location and View can't be beat, and the back yard is truly a private resort. This is where we want to retire, and we want to share it with you before we do!
What makes this property unique
The back yard is magical - especially at night... it lights up in so many ways... different lighting settings in the pool, the spa, the fountain is such a unique and special element - you never knew you needed a fountain in your yard until you stay here! Over looking the park is more amazing than you know - being able to watch people play with their dogs and kids, etc... all from the privacy of our yard, which is actually very private - from the park, you can barely see into our yard. Additionally the 2 master suite set up makes this a perfect place for friend and family to gather for a truly unforgettable experience!
