Make your stay away from home fun and peaceful with this beautiful Desert Oasis in Mesa. This home sits on 1 acre with a massive heated 1100 sq ft pool ($200 a day to heat w/a 3 day minimum), Rope Swing, rock water slide, waterfall, and outside shower are perfect for your summertime getaway. Sit on the large covered patio and listen to the tranquil waterfall or enjoy the rear of the property where there is lots of grass to run and play. The inside of this home has a chef's dream kitchen, granite counters and over-sized fridge & freezer. The main living area has hardwood floors, while the bedrooms have carpet. This home has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and will sleep 16 if the 2 pull out sofas in basement are utilized. Nice master bedroom and bath that boasts a granite wall, 3 shower heads, claw foot tub and an amazing view of the backyard through the french doors. Additional living space in the basement with TV. This home also has an attached guest suite complete with bedroom, bathroom and a second bedroom with TV. The second bedroom has a rolling barn door for privacy. This home is a 1/2 mile to incredible shopping & restaurants including: Ra Sushi, Buca Di Beppo, Rodizio Grill, Anthropology , over 30 restaurants and boutiques. 3 minutes from the freeway, close to downtown Gilbert and 15 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport. An amazing vacation spot for the whole family!

We loved this spacious, inside and out, property that provided everything you could ask for in fun and relaxation. Everyone loved the pool, games, hot tub and lounging areas. We would definitely return when heading out that way with our extended family! A beautiful and clean home that we all enjoyed.

This was our second stay at this property and our family loved it. The pool was phenomenal. The children in our group were in it constantly. Very clean inside and out and lots of things for all of us to do. Managers were very responsive and took care immediately of all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Wedding Weekend

This incredible property served as the home base for our large, active family of out-of-towners. We truly enjoyed the amazing pool and turfed game area, especially later in the day after the hot AZ sun started retreating. We loved starting the day with relaxed coffee and conversation time in the covered outdoor patioarea. The huge gourmet kitchen and great room provided more than ample space for gathering, playing board games, pool, ping pong, or just watching TV. The bedroom arrangements were perfect for our family of 14 adults. The lovely, quiet neighborhood was a great walk for several of our group early every morning. Since we had multiple travelers driving from out of town, we also appreciated the spacious driveway parking area. Sarah responded immediately to all of our questions before and during our stay. I would gladly recommend this VRBO property to groups looking for a very enjoyable AZ getaway!

All about the pool!

Great house for a large family stay. The house was clean and very well stocked for the stay. Great bathrooms plenty of bedrooms for all. The pool was amazing! There is something for all ages at the pool from the slide and rope swing or the shelf to soak with smaller kids. Overall an excellent property!

Checked ALL the boxes for family vacation

Huge home, gigantic pool, responsive hosts. This was by far the best fit for family vacation. Plenty of room inside with multiple activities for everyone. And the backyard was just as great. Pool was huge, a slide and rope swing the kids spent hours there. Putt putt golf and more. Will definitely try and stay here again.

Family Vacation

We needed a home with enough bedrooms to accommodate our large family. This place exceeded our expectations! There were enough beds, bathrooms, and household supplies that we felt at home the minute we walked in. The pool and outdoor areas are amazing - so much to do and plenty of chairs everywhere you turn. We planned to do more activities, but chose to stay "home" and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and beautiful weather. We highly recommend this home.

Perfect stay for a Senior Trip and Families

This VRBO was an absolute gem for our group—four high school senior boys and their families. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the Phoenix metro area, making everything easily accessible. But honestly, we barely needed to leave! The house itself had **plenty of space** for everyone to spread out comfortably. The **pool was incredible**—even bigger than the pictures showed! It was the perfect spot to relax, and with two washers and dryers, keeping up with pool towels was a breeze. Entertainment options were endless—pool table, ping pong, air hockey, darts, bags, a **hot tub**, and more! Inside and out, there was something for everyone. The home was well-stocked with amenities, including **a fully stocked kitchen with spices, paper towels, laundry soap, and more**, making our stay even more enjoyable. Would absolutely recommend this place for families and groups looking for a fun, stress-free getaway!

Amazing Backyard

The house has an incredible backyard with tons of space for games like corn hole, spikeball, and can jam (all provided by the host). The pool is also amazing with the water slide and rope swing. The pool house makes for an easy way to stay in the shade while keeping an eye on the pool. The house itself has plenty of space and a great kitchen. Plenty of tvs that we used to watch sports and connected video games to. Could not recommend this house enough. 10 out of 10.

Perfect Parents Retreat

The House we perfect for 5 Baseball Parents Families to hang out and enjoy when not watching our kids play baseball. The house had everything, Huge Pool (heated for our stay) Billiards, Ping Pong, bags, spikeball, not to mentions 3 massive, big screen TV to watch March Madness. The pool house served as a great outdoor area to just hang out. The kitchen was perfect for all of us to cook and just hang out. Owners we awesome. Very responsive to communicate with them before our trip and easy to get a hold of during the trip. One day the Pool pumps were not working called and within 10 minutes they were at the house and within10 minutes the pool was back in working order. Thank you, Sarah and Tyler, for an unforgettable trip that made memories for 5 different families.

Fall Break Fun

We had such an amazing time with our family (3 generations) during the kids' fall school break. This was a perfect staycation. The house was very clean which I was a little apprehensive about during covid. We stay at this type of rental property regularly and this was by far one of the cleanest properties. It was very comfortable for our group with plenty of room to spread out. The highlight for everyone was the back yard, in particular the pool slide and rope swing. Even the teenagers were kept busy. Sarah was very responsive whenever we had a question which I really appreciate. The owners were great to work with. Check in and out was a smooth process. We would absolutely rent this property again. Thank you!

Great place for a getaway!

We booked last minute because our reserved rental didn’t disclose a lot of things until we booked with them. After that unfortunate experience, and with two days prior to arrival from Washington state, we were able to secure this house at a great price! The home is huge and the pool was massive and practically a mini water park! A couple of suggestions that, if improved, could help future visitors from our point of view: 1. The cleaners were still there until 5:30pm (check-in was at 4pm). 2. The master bathroom windows aren’t very private (there is a gate in the backyard that doesn’t latch well but still could be inadvertently accessed by someone and that someone could peek right in to you showering or using the restroom). Overall, this was an excellent place for children and house keeps pretty cool in the August sun! The homeowners are also very easy to get ahold of up until check out. Thanks again!

Everything about our stay was perfect. We were looking for a fun house with a great backyard and this rental did not disappoint. Owners responded quickly whenever we had a question and were very accommodating. In addition to all that there are many restaurants, a shopping mall, and even a Walmart marketplace for essentials less than a mile away. Highly recommend and will likely book again!

I left a small suitcase there on purpose if no one wants it just throw it away. There is a child’s air mattress inside. We didn’t need it. Someone else with small children might want to use it.

Fantastic vacation house!

We had a great weekend at this house! Flew in for my nephew’s grad weekend with my sisters and their families. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep! The kids loved the bunk beds and went crazy over the pool!! Hosts have plenty of great pool toys for kids of all ages and the rope swing will be the talk of the town for a while for our family! The outdoor area was furnished and set up with many games for fun in the sun. Everyone enjoyed mini golf and the trampoline. We needed help turning off a pool water feature and our hosts were easy to contact and prompt to help. Thanks for the great visit to Arizona!! We will be back!!

Location Location Location

When you are on vacation you want to have a place that is centrally located for your activities. For our group, this property was within 15 minutes to nearly every activity we had planned. In addition to a great central location, the backyard was fantastic. We spent time hanging out at our own private resort for every day. In addition, Sarah and Tyler were amazing hosts. We asked for an early check in and a late check outside due to our flights and they were super accommodating to us. Thanks for an amazing visit to the Mesa area for our family.

Amazing outside area!
