This property was just as advertised! Very clean, spacious and a great place for a family getaway! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen and living areas were great, but the best part was the backyard patio with big screen TV, basketball court, pool with slide and spa! We encountered a few glitches but the host was able to resolve them within minutes. Kudos to Samantha!

The house and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. Every room had everything needed to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Kitchen had everything in place and ready to use. Beautiful pool and a spa, everything was automatically turned on and off just like the host described. The host herself was very helpful, easy to reach, and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property, in fact, I would stay there again.

The house is so beautiful! From 3 years old to 71 everyone found something to love. Indoors and outdoors very special…and Samantha made it a true Christmas holiday! Samantha was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We can’t wait to return!

We enjoyed our stay, all the amenities (pool, basketball, golf) were such a great bonus. We loved just hang out. The manager was very responsive anytime I reached out them. We definitely recommend this place you family and friends. Thankful for great hospitality!

Owners are very communicative and made for a smooth stay to a beautiful home. Only thing I missed is the garage don’t seem to be available and didn’t remember reading that upfront. So if you are like me and don’t like leaving your car out..

Backyard Fun

We loved this property! The house was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and beds were all super comfortable. The best part was the backyard. The pool was a little chilly but the kids had no problem jumping in! We all loved the hot tub, sport court, and fire pit! We grilled several meals in the backyard and were impressed with the cleanliness of the grill!

Very nice home

We spent 5 1/2 weeks here. Very nice home - kitchen had nice appliances and was well stocked with dishes, glassware, etc. It was definitely larger than we needed but the extra bedroom space was so nice when we had a few guests. We didn’t use the pool but hot tub was available to us whenever we wanted to use it. Host was very quick to respond to anything we needed. It was easy access to the 202.

Beautiful home and a great location!

This is a beautiful property with an incredible backyard. The basketball court and putting green were used a lot! The home provided plenty of space for multiple families (10 total guests) with the kitchen being our favorite gathering spot. The home owners were available for questions and provided very clear and timely communications. They were very friendly. The property has a great location. We went to the Phoenix Zoo, Popstroke, and Wind Cave and all were less than 30 mins away. We had a great time in Mesa and would recommend this property to others for their visit.

Great spot in Mesa

This house is a wonderful stay for a group! We had two families, five kids under 12. Bunk room and extra bedrooms came in handy. The pool is awesome, and the slide was a huge hit. Plus basketball and putting green were added fun activities for hanging at the house. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive with our questions. House had plenty of towels, supplies and very well stocked kitchen (pans, appliances, etc). We stayed here and took day trips to hike at Gateway Trailhead, Papago Park; visited OdySea aquarium and Museum of Illusions, and old town Scottsdale. Highly recommend the house for the central location and its awesome setup!

Great for family gathering with exception

Rented the home with the understanding that it had 3+ bathrooms. With 5 bedrooms and capacity for 12 people, 3 bathrooms is necessary. This house only has 2.5 bathrooms. Hot tub is not large and does not provide a great experience. Bubbler jets were improperly adjusted and the heat was not high enough. Otherwise, the home was clean and very well maintained. Overall we had a good time.

Fantastic spring break at Modern Majestic

The house is simply amazing!! We have stayed in several different vacation rentals....and Samantha and Savannah provided the best experience we have ever had!!! Thank you!!! We booked it for the backyard. The pool was so fun, we sat under the waterfall, jumpped off the cliff, and went down the slide. We used the spa every night. The outdoor TV was perfect for watching the NCAA tournament and we had fun on the putting green and using the basketball court. The first floor was a perfect place for the family to gather and the dining room table sat all 10 of us! We appreciated the master bedroom on the first floor for our parents. They 4 bedrooms upstairs provided ample space and the upstairs bathroom had an extra door so more than 1 person could use it at once. Samantha was available for any questions that came up and provided prompt responses. We would definitely stay here again!
