Amazing pool, arcade game and basktball game loft, pool table, 5 bedrooms

This is the best place in Gilbert to gather and create family memories. There are 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the best part is the amazing back yard. The back yard has one of the best private pools in Arizona, equipped with a 65,000 gallon 12’ deep diving pool complete with rock waterfall and slide, grotto with therapy jets, splash pad, diving platform and rope swing. There is a custom built in BBQ, and a blue glass fire pit with spacious seating.

The 5 bedrooms have 2 King beds and 3 queen beds and can sleep up to 10.

Updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, new couch and loveseat in the family room, WiFi, internet TV, and PLEX pass with over 2,000 movies and over 75 full tv shows with all episodes on the amazon fire tv.

Inside you will find a pool table on the main floor, an arcade game and basketball game in the loft, massage chair in master bedroom, and a PRO-FORM elliptical trainer in the bedroom next to the loft. Instant book this awesome home.

Great walking and running paths along the canal south East of the neighborhood, our neighborhood is equipped with a basketball court and a separate park with jungle gym.

The pool has two heaters, a heat pump that is set for 80 degrees and comes with the rental, but it can struggle in the colder months to maintain 80. We have a gas heater that can supplement the colder months and can maintain 85 degrees. The cost for the gas heater is 125 a day and needs to be on for the duration of your stay.

We had a great time at this home! We enjoyed the pool area the most! This is a great a place to stay for all. There is something to do for every age group! The location is perfect as well! Amazing pool and outdoor space

If you are looking for a great place to hang out in the pool this is the place! The pool is huge and has a slide, waterfall and an area for little ones to splash around. The house was very nice and very clean. Us old folks had a little trouble with the TV as it is streaming only but otherwise the house was a great fit for our group. We really enjoyed the games on the landing upstairs during the heat of the day as well as the pool table downstairs. Plenty to do to keep us entertained!

the accomadations were very nice, back yard was fantastic, especially for the little ones. Only complaint was that the pool was not heated, we were under the impression that it was. Did not know we would have had to pay extra for that. (maybe we misread the ad) but all in all the stay w;as great. yes I would recommend it to anyone

Amazing getaway

Rented this house for a family get-together and birthday celebration. the pool is absolutely the number one selling feature. It is huge and beautiful and the slide is so much fun! I felt the inside was a little smaller than I expected from the photos but still plenty of room for 6 with an extra bedroom. Honestly we all just loved the pool. Would definitely rent again. The homeowner is very nice and responds quickly. We had a problem with the AC that he was quick to help with.

Great house for family vacation

We rented this house for a family vacation for my family, my sister's family and my parents. We have 4 grown sons in their 20's, and this house has so much for them to do that they never watched TV or hung out on their phones! The pool and backyard are awesome, and the house was perfect for the 10 of us. Doug, the owner, could not be more accomodating! We were in need of something that was not in the kitchen. He responded to my text immediately, and had the item at our door by 9am the next morning. The internet was down for a day to operate the control panel for the pool. I texted Doug, and he came over and manually turned everything on for us. This is a wonderful property with an awesome owner.

AMAZING!!

We stayed at this property from friday until monday and let me just say from check in to check out everything went smoothly!We absolutely loved everything about this property from the ac,stove,washer,tv's,video games and the kitchen I loved the kitchen😁but our favorite of this home was the POOL!the pool is absolutely incredible and the pictures on vrbo does no justice.It's huge refreshing,fun and very easy to control the features.The whole house was absolutely clean!If you need to go to the store there is a walgreens and frys right down the road and a winco about 2 miles away.We loved that everything was close and the neighborhood is great!The driveway is huge as well fits 3 cars..the only thing about that is please only park 3 cars because the neighbor will call which is understandable.I didn't follow some of the rules which I take accountability for but Doug was awesome in making things work!He is an awesome guy and him and his wife did a GREAT job keeping the house so clean! The price we paid for the 3 nights was ABSOLUTELY worth it!If you have kids they will love this place but even adults will!Well we highly recommend staying here just follow the rules!We would like to thank Doug and his wife for sharing their beautiful home me and my family enjoyed it so much and my 5 year old son was the happiest kid on his birthday!THANK YOU AGAIN!

Why they chose this property

It is a lot of fun in this 1/4 acre lot, the pool is amazing, back yard is a lot of fun with the built in grill, glass fire pit and seating, pool table, basketball game and arcade in the loft. The kitchen was recently remodeled and everything in this house has been loved by us since we built it in 2002.
