Clean and exactly as pictured!

The house made for a fun night away from the kids with a few friends. The place is sparkling clean, plenty large for a much bigger group than we had, and the pool made for an amazing stay!

Just like home...

We enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds and room for everyone to have their personal space. We had fun in the pool, used the kitchen table for games, and light use of the kitchen. Nothing unexpected, followed the description just as we expected everything would be. Thanks for the perfect accommodations!

Our Grandson's Weddiñg

We came with a daughter and son and their spouses. Your lovely, spacious and weĺl-appointed home is conveniently close to the homes of two of our other children and their families, so in addition to attending our grandson's wedding in the Gilbert temple and following receptions, we had a wonderful time with family just visiting, eating, and playing in and by the pool. We hope to do the same when the next grandķid marries. Thank you.

Perfect spot for families

Very large home in a great neighborhood (playground across the street, larger park area down the street), fully stocked with backyard toys for the kids and smaller toys, legos, etc for indoor play. They even provide the equipment to take advantage of the nearby tennis, pickleball, sand volleyball and basketball courts. The gym equipment is in good condition and we didn’t have to miss a workout on vacation. Home is well represented in the pics provided. It is just lived in enough (minimal scratched trim, some malfunctioning blinds) that you don’t feel your kids can’t be kids. The only bummer is it was a hot week, but came after mild weather so the pool was freezing, so the kids didn’t want to spend as much time in it as they normally would have. Otherwise, it was absolutely perfect for us, the host always responded quickly when I had quick questions, and my whole family wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

My wife Alexis and I loved living in Arizona and all five of our children were born here. In 2023 we made the big decision to move to Tennessee for work and we love letting others enjoy our home as we did along with all the amazing benefits that living in Gilbert, Arizona provides.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to find a neighborhood that our family could enjoy that had nice wide streets and sidewalks for our morning runs as well as parks at every turn. We love our neighbors and consider ourselves lucky to have had our children grow up in this area.

What makes this property unique

Over the years we have added features like the hot tub and continually upgraded features like the appliances and EV chargers and the gym in the garage so that when we visit, we lack for nothing and in turn our guests can also enjoy all that this home has to offer
