Our family had the perfect stay! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. We enjoyed all the games and the pool. There’s tons of pool floats and umbrellas. The beds were comfortable. Every time I rent a house with a pool I get nervous because of my toddler but the sliding door was childproof and there’s also a fence around the pool. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Home

We were able to stay at the house for 2 weeks while we sorted out our new home. It was perfect, clean and just as described on a quiet street. The pool was perfect for early morning or evenings.

Plenty big enough for the 3 families we had staying. Pool was very warm. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Nice neighborhood close the soccer complex we were going to. Great communication with the host. Very clean

1st time in Mesa, attending a pickleball clinic at the Arizona Athletic Center. This home is within minutes from there. Costco, as well as Walmart, is just down the street. The home is super clean and inviting. I appreciate the extra step in detail and overall presentation...roses made from toilet paper were placed on each roll in the bathrooms. Everything about this home was top drawer.

Amazing Stay and Property

Our family was so blessed to be able to stay at such a beautiful and impeccable property. From the communication by the property manager to the extra special care and attention to detail within the home it made for an amazing vacation and family gathering! I would especially like to thank Bailey the hostWithin the home itself the managers thought of everything a family might need during g their stay. The pool was wonderfully cared for and heated! Made for such a beautiful stay and welcoming environment! We couldn't have asked for a better home for our stay. We will definitely come back!

Wonderful home from home

The house was perfect. Games area with jenga, foosball, pacman arcade game and shuffleboard. The kitchen was a great size with plenty of household gadgets including a separate ice maker which was very handy. The pool was great with plenty of pool toys and games and a great view over the golf course. Beds were very comfy. The manager was excellent and replied immediately to any queries. Would definitely book again when in Arizona.

We stayed at the house for a family vacation for spring break and enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect for stores and hiking. Inside of the house was nice and clean. Lots of space for our family. Bedrooms and beds were great. I am only rating down due to a couple minor things that can be easily resolved: 1.The pool area and backyard. The pool itself was good but everything else needs some TLC. A heads up the pool guy comes on Tuesdays would have been nice. We could have been prepared so he could have cleaned the pool. There was lots of broken items just laying around in the rocks. Would be good to have the cleaners go out in the backyard and do cleanup before guests arrive. All of the umbrellas were also broken so we were not able to use them. Lots of broken pool toys in the garage that really just need to be pitched. The glass patio table was very dirty and and chairs are needing to be replaced. The rug was also very dirty and stained.The sectional and fire table need to be replaced it is all broken and stained, smelled of mold. We were not able to use it. The cushions on the plastic chairs were torn and worn. These are all cosmetic things but the back yard furniture needs to be replaced badly and the covered patio needs to be power washed. Just some extra TLC for an even better experience for families who just want to enjoy the pool area in comfort.
