Such an amazing home. It felt like a luxurious getaway for myself and sister. Everything was spotless and had everything we needed. Especially nice was sitting outside and enjoying the space. Absolutely perfect!!

Overall, we had a good stay. The home offered plenty of space for our family to spread out and enjoy our time together, which we really appreciated.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, addressing our questions promptly. While we felt the property could have been better maintained and some areas weren't quite as pictured in the listing, it still met our needs for our trip.With a little more attention to upkeep, this could be an even better rental. We enjoyed our stay overall and appreciated the host's communication and hospitality.

Loved the property and location. Pool was heated and very comfortable. We were there when the Mesquite tree was dropping its seeds which made for frequent cleaning of the pool. The house was very spacious and the outdoor seating was shaded.

Fantastic home that met all of our cooking, recreational and location needs. Central to everything the area has to offer. Quiet neighborhood, two refrigerators, two additional drink refrigerators, plenty of parking and lots of room. Scott was very responsive and helpful. We plan on staying again the next time we are in the area.

This was the perfect home to spend the month in. It was so inviting and comfortable. We spent most of the time in the spacious backyard with a great pool and hot tub! Scott was the perfect host and available if needed. We will hopefully be back next winter!

Enjoyed our time in Mesa. Location is great - close to grocery stores, restaurants, golf. The house worked well for our extended family group. There were several places for folks to congregate which was nice. We used the outdoor table for all of our meals and appreciated the “pass through” windows for additional ease. The hot tub was great. There were some “Arizona pets” (crickets, etc) to watch out for on the patios - usually in the mornings.Scott, the host, was very receptive and quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out was very easy. Could have used some restaurant recommendations that were nearby and small table lamps in the bedrooms. Otherwise, well equipped.

It was a nice stay. Lots of generous space and amenities. There’s not a thorough welcome manual or kit but that’s ok. It’s really a relaxed vibes type of home. Everything is kind of dated but it was comfortable and we didn't have to worry about being too precious with things. Lots of great usable dishes and an extra refrigerator. The casita in the pictures wasn’t available. We asked the host about it but they said nothing was in it. We didn’t need it but if you were counting on using it then you might want to keep that in mind. Check in and check out were really easy and straightforward. Would rebook.

Baseball Themed House

Our family of 5 stayed here for our son's baseball tournament. The kids enjoyed the baseball theme decor and foosball table. The house is well stocked with extra towels, blankets and kitchen items. Property owner is very responsive to any needs.

Perfect spot for hosting your family function!

Wonderful beautiful home for our family staycation! Beyond excellent communication with the host/owner! Easy entry access, fantastic oversized master bedroom, very spacious home to accommodate everyone and allow privacy! Fully stocked kitchen with a 2nd fridge in the laundry room! Fun baseball themed home! The pushout windows were amazing with the coastal weather we had this weekend! Kids give the foosball table, game selection, pool, and hot tub a big thumbs up! Great location, very central, quiet neighborhood, lots of parking, it truly felt like we were on vacation! Thank you so much for the hospitality, 5 star review!

Great location and home

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The location was absolutely fantastic, placing us right in the heart of everything we needed. The property itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Communication with the host was impressive and very accommodating.The only downside was that the hot tub struggled to maintain heat, which was a bit disappointing as we were looking forward to relaxing in it. Additionally, a rug by the sliding glass door—whether inside or outside—would be a great touch to help with tracking dirt and keeping the space tidy. Overall, though, these were small issues compared to how much we enjoyed our time here. We’d absolutely consider staying again and would recommend it to others seeking a clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located getaway spot!

Nice week in AZ

We recently stayed at this property for a week with our young children. First let me say, this is a nice property and we enjoyed our week. There were a few things that could have improved our time. Unfortunately it was the lack of attention to detail that I wouldn’t give it 10/10. The photos are beautiful but once arriving we realized they had been touched up. The cabinetry and doors show significant wear and tear as do the bathrooms. Showers lacked places to put products, I had to put everything on the floor of the shower. When we arrived it would have been nice to have an owners manual to offer info for the house. I had to message the owner many times regarding questions about the property. The pool has a mesquite tree next to it and it releases all kinds of leaves and what looked similar to pine needles. It made for a big mess in the pool, thankfully the pool person was able to come two days early since there were big piles of stuff throughout the bottom of the pool. I also agree with another review, a rug near the sliding door coming from the pool would be helpful. Our family loved the pool, the outdoor space and our time in the Mesa area. Overall we enjoyed our time at the property. My opinion is this would be a 10/10 if a little TLC was put into some of the details.

Thank you for the feedback--We have added both a rug for outside and a teak table in the shower. As far as the Mesquite tree goes, it sheds twice a year, but otherwise is a beautiful tree that offers lots of wonderful shade. This is just one of those times it is shedding, which is why I paid to have our pool guy go out more than his scheduled once-a-week visit to help make your stay more enjoyable.
