Sweet hostess, secure & well-located property, very clean rooms, lovely shared outdoor kitchen & dining space, walkable neighborhood, lavandería very close by, a little gem overall!

Roselia is an amazing host and she has a beautiful heart. The rooms are in a great location. I enjoyed walking downtown, and the bus route is also easy and direct. Grocery stores, the stadium walking track and other amenities are nearby - walking distance. There is a laundromat just around the corner, down the street. The room was comfortable and spacious, I did a lot of remote work during my two week stay. The outdoor shared kitchen was a lovely space to cook in and enjoy. It has a blender, coffee machine, pots and pans, cutlery etc. The neighbor has a little dog on the other side of the wall who quickly got used to me being there and was fun to see from a distance now and then, the neighbors are very sweet as well. I felt safe in the area as a woman travelling on my own, and Roselia was very sweet to make sure I checked in safely the night I arrived, and welcomed me on location. It was also a treat to spend time with her during the trip. I’d definitely recommend the rooms she offers and would stay again.

Habitación limpia con lo necesario para relajarse o trabajar. Tiene buena ubicación; lo mejor es que está a unos pasos del estadio Salvador Alvarado, lugar ideal para hacer ejercicio.La comunicación es excelente.
