    Access to Springfield, Branson, I44, and northwest Arkansas via highway 65 is only 1 mile away. Bass Pro's new Wonders of Wildlife aquarium and museum, all of Branson's entertainment venues, hiking and biking trails, wineries, floating on the "gin" clear streams, and award winning golf courses are a few of the local attractions.

    Ozark's Finley River Park is just a couple of blocks away with access to the river along with rodeos, crafts fairs, and local sporting events. For walkers, sidewalks provide availability to Ozark's pedestrian river trail which ends at the city's recreational facility, which is available and open to the public through a day fee. Hiking opportunities at a state park are within 10 miles at Busiek State Park. Springfield's great biking trail system has a parking head within five miles of Ozark.

    Located one mile off Highway 65 between Springfield and Branson, our carriage guest house is perfect for a relaxing retreat with family or friends or as a base for day trips to all of the attractions of southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas

    A cozy paradise in the Ozarks

    The Carriage House was perfect for my extended stay! It was larger than expected. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. It had everything that I needed including the few items I forgot. The hosts were quick to answer questions and it was easy to schedul time to enjoy the pool. The washer and dryer in the apartment were so nice and convenient. I was able to travel all over Branson and Springfield and come back to my home base in Ozark. This place was a treasure and a blessing.

    Awesome little getaway!

    Our stay here was great! This little house was very quiet, very clean and had everything you needed. More like an apartment with everything in it! Great space, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure, spacious bathroom, good size kitchen with open floor plan. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be the next time we visit!

    Beautiful, well-kept property.

    My wife and I were pleased to find that the Carriage House was available for our recent trip to Ozark. We were looking for an affordable location near relatives in Ozark and in Branson, but we found something that was much more. The property is beautifully appointed, well-kept, and the owners are very professional and responsive. The entire process from booking to checkout was seamless. We will definitely look to stay here again, and whole heartedly recommend it to others.

    Accommodations were more than we could have hope for and property was just as advertised. Everything we needed (and more) was provided for a comfortable stay. We spent most of our time out exploring the area and local dinning establishments, so did not have an opportunity to take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen. We did enjoy having our morning coffee on the front porch. Neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the Ozark town square. Location was perfect as we were able to enjoy attractions in both Springfield and Branson. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

    Very quiet and charming carriage house

    My husband and I wanted to have a weekend getaway but did not want to go far. This carriage house I found on the web was perfect. I had checked locations in the Branson and Springfield area and most were booked for the weekend being that it was also the tax free weekend before school. This is a georous place and in the old part of downtown Ozark, MO. It is very quiet and and had all the amenities you could ask for. The owners have made this place where you feel at home. We will be staying again when we need a getaway close to us.

    We stayed at the Carriage House over Memorial Day weekend. The home exceeded our expectations! It had everything we needed and was so conveniently located. I was a little worried about privacy until we arrived and found the home to be very private. We enjoyed activities in both Springfield and Branson. Don't miss the Botanical and Japenese gardens in Springfield! We hope to return to the Carriage House in the future and explore more of the area. I highly recommend this home.

    Clean and Comfortable

    Much larger than it appears on website. Very clean. Everything you could possibly need is there with the exception of the television which is extremely limited. The location is quiet but yet very convenient to both Branson and Springfield. Be sure to go to Rosie Jo's to eat. You are sure to enjoy your stay.
