IU GRADUATION WEEKEND is available. Book 3 days for Chrismass and get your choice of a ham or a turkey. Acorn Resort is a genuine log cabin, nestled in 13 acres country setting. There are lots of trees and a waterfall on the property. Event barn is available. This unique resort has a weight training area, basketball, hot tub and a fire pit for your use. Perfect for IU alumni, weddings, corporate retreats or just to relax and get away from it all. Deer and turkey and other wildlife are common sites on the property.

I am a retired firefighter taking on a new life as the innkeeper. I like boating and swimming and motorcycling. Even the two wheel kind without the motor.

Acorn resort is a close 3 miles from Monroe Lake the largest lake in Indiana. Seven miles from Bloomington and IU University.

Acorn Resort is a genuine log cabin, nestled in a very secluded 13 acres serine setting. There is a wrap around porch with plenty of seating. There are lots of trees and a waterfall on the property. This unique resort has a hot tub on lower deck, and basketball goal, for your use. Perfect for IU alumni, weddings, corporate retreats or just to relax and get away from it all. Deer, turkey and other wildlife are common sites on the property.
