The surrounding area is exclusive to beautiful mansions and a vast amount of land, since the permitted build density for the area is very low.
This villa has four double bedrooms on the ground floor, each with an en suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms are located on the upper floor (attic). Each bedroom has 2 single beds.-more suitable for children
The villa also has one extra WC's.
This property is for someone seeking ultimate privacy and isolation whilst still being within a 3 minute drive of Protaras Centre and also the busy town of Paralimni.
