Welcome to this charming 50 m² apartment, ideal for those looking for a cosy and functional space. This spacious and bright two-bedroom apartment features two double beds, a TV, and ample closet space. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and towels.

The living room welcomes you with a warm atmosphere thanks to the natural light streaming in through the doors leading to the small terrace—a typical feature of traditional fishermen’s houses. Enjoy the perfect space to relax, complete with a dining area and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a coffee maker, microwave, blender, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a full set of kitchen utensils, so you can prepare your favourite meals.

Located in a quiet area, yet right on the beach and just a few steps from the old town centre, where you can stroll through unique corners, squares, and typical streets. These offer the perfect setting for strolling, taking photos, and enjoying the centre of Villajoyosa, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and a lively entertainment district.
