About this property
Brand new Organic shaped Villa Aya, 180°Seaview, High-end Bali Interiordesign
Villa Aya was designed by Bali-based architect Alexis Dornier, known for the hotel Lost Lindenberg (featured on ELLE Decoration Italia's cover). The 700m3 organic shaped villa offers 180° sunset views and is just a 10-minute walk to the beach, gym, boutiques, spa, supermarket, casino, vibrant beach clubs and restaurants. Interior design by Studio Aya blends custom teak pieces from Bali, vintage finds, Balinese stone and richly pigmented limewash, giving each room a unique character and soul.
Lay-out
Through a custom-carved Balinese teakwood door, you enter a beautiful courtyard with tropical plants and a graceful palm tree. As you step inside, the main house stuns with it's architectural elegance. The courtyard creates a serene yet impressive welcome. On the first floor of the main house, there are four uniquely styled bedrooms (two with partial sea views), a media room with AC and a PlayStation 4, and a laundry room. A fifth bedroom is located in the courtyard and features a teak bed and sliding glass doors that open to soft morning light and peaceful garden views.
Second floor
Up the designer staircase, you’re welcomed by the villa’s architectural centerpiece: a vast wood-inlaid ceiling and the signature Villa Aya lamp. At night, the indirect lighting creates a dreamy, calming ambiance. The large, organically shaped kitchen island with a breakfast bar overlooks the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fresh bean coffee machine for perfect cappuccinos and lattes. The floor is made of hand-cut Balinese stone, arranged in a beautiful, flowing pattern that brings the entire space together. Slim sliding doors around the kitchen and living area open up to the breeze.
Terrace
The terrace unfolds with panoramic sea views and a sculpted wooden overhang that provides both shade and style. Beneath the palapa, the signature Villa Aya lamp casts a soft glow. Large mattresses and layered cushions invite you to unwind and take in the spectacular, multicolored sunsets. The pool features outer walls tiled with Art Deco inspired scallop motifs, a shallow lounging zone, in-water bar stools, and a finish of emerald green and blue Balinese Sukabumi stone that gives the water a luminous shimmer. Woven sunbeds and a generous dining table with comfortable designer chairs set the tone for long, relaxed evenings outdoors.
Personal Hosting & Practical Details
Villa Aya was completed in June 2025 and is located in the peaceful and secure residential area of Vista Royal. Upon arrival, you drive through the beautiful gate and arrive at your private parking area, spacious enough to accommodate up to four vehicles.
You’ll be warmly welcomed by our enthusiastic host, who will gladly show you around the villa and remain available throughout your stay. Together with the attentive management team, she offers a personal and heartfelt service, with a love for the island and an eye for detail. Whether you’re looking for a private chef, a hidden beach, or the best massage in the shade of the palapa, they’re happy to share their insider tips. Whatever you need, they’re just a call away — always with genuine care and a warm smile.
A family-friendly retreat
Villa Aya is thoughtfully designed for both comfort and safety, even for the littlest ones. On request, we offer two high chairs and two travel cribs (suitable for children up to 3 years old). Everything has been considered: from children’s tableware to blackout curtains in every bedroom, ensuring restful naps even during the day.
Each bedroom has air conditioning, but if you prefer the Caribbean breeze, you can open the window, which is fitted with a mosquito screen. Every room has its own small patio with beautiful teak seating from Bali. Perfect for a quiet moment with a book.
The design stairway can be equipped on the first floor (on request) with a custom-made safety gate, providing peace of mind without compromising style.
The elevated pool (approx. 1 meter high) is accessed by a few gentle steps. The outer walls of the pool and palapa are surrounded by layered planters. This thoughtful buffer enhances both safety and the architectural design. Safety glass has been installed near the palapa’s large lounge bed, so you can relax while little ones play nearby. We do remind guests to always supervise young children near the pool or palapa — true relaxation begins with peace of mind.
A space for inspiration and calm
For those combining work and leisure, a quiet workspace is set up in the courtyard's bedroom. But the ultimate workspace might just be found at the kitchen island or dining table, with a fresh cup of coffee and ocean views.
Flexible setup
Villa Aya can be booked with four or five bedrooms. During high and peak seasons, the villa is only available as a full rental (10 guests / 5 bedrooms). In select mid-season periods, it may be booked for up to 8 guests (4 bedrooms), with a surcharge for additional guests.
Villa Aya is the story of the dream that made it to reality. We are so proud of creating a home away from home this breathtaking. This place is close to our hearts, we hope it touches yours too.
