Really nice apartment. Small but comfortable. Excellent location near to the tube. The only advice I would give is to provide paper products. We had to buy our own toilet paper. Otherwise a really nice place to stay.

Unfortunately, we had a poor experience at this property. Within hours of arrival, we found the bathroom sink didn’t drain, the AC/heating wasn’t responding, and the radiator didn’t work. Someone came promptly but couldn’t fix the issues and said they’d return the next day. The extra blankets we were promised never arrived, and the sink was never repaired. The room stayed at 24C for the entire stay.One night, the power went out while using the washer and hair dryer; my husband was asked to go to the basement to reset it himself. Someone eventually came to fix this.Basic supplies were lacking — no dishcloths or paper towels, and only two toilet rolls for a six-day stay for a family of four. There were half-used toiletries left by previous guests.The staff was polite but ineffective at resolving most issues. The location was convenient — close to restaurants, the Underground, and a supermarket.
