Villa Omega is one of the most lovingly refurbished properties in Mykonos, offering an elegant fusion of authentic Cycladic character, understated sophistication, and warm Mediterranean hospitality. Designed to accommodate between 12 and 14 guests, this six-bedroom villa provides an extraordinary blend of comfort, privacy, and design, all set against a stunning 180-degree panorama of the Aegean Sea, the Cycladic islands, and the town of Mykonos itself.



The villa draws inspiration from the ancient “Papyrella” – a traditional boat crafted from papyrus stems once used to sail between the islands – a symbol reflected in the villa's timeless charm and breezy aesthetic. Each of the six bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom and direct sea views, allowing guests to imagine ancient seafarers journeying across the Aegean. The original structure from the 1980s was completely renovated in 2019 with personal care by the owners, who curated the space with antique furnishings, original artworks, handcrafted ceramics, and natural materials such as terrazzo floors, carved wooden doors, and local marble.



The layout of Villa Omega has been thoughtfully designed across several levels to maximise both shared and private spaces. The main house includes a spacious living and dining area with Smart TV, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a guest WC, and two en-suite double bedrooms. An additional en-suite bedroom is located on the entrance level, and at the pool level, guests will find a suite with a double bed and two built-in sofa beds. The church level offers a charming guest room with its own en-suite bathroom and spectacular views.



The outdoor areas are equally inviting, with multiple terraces and lounging corners designed to ensure comfort and privacy for all. A private swimming pool, sun loungers, shaded dining areas, and a portable barbecue create the perfect setting for al fresco dining or leisurely afternoons in the sun. Guests also benefit from air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, an indoor and outdoor audio system, alarm security, and private parking.



Villa Omega is located in the exclusive Agia Sofia area, celebrated for its panoramic views, peaceful atmosphere, and proximity to Mykonos Town and the island’s most popular beaches and nightlife.



Included in the stay are daily housekeeping, linen and towel changes twice weekly, check-in assistance, and 24/7 support from the local team. Laundry and ironing services can be arranged upon request and at an additional charge.



Set on a private 4,000m² plot, Villa Omega spans 453m² of interior space, complemented by a 40m² private pool. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of €2,000 is required on arrival, payable in cash. This will be refunded in full upon check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.
